1.5 Km from the city centre on a quiet street. 25 Dunn st is a quaint colonial style cottage set in a lush garden with 2 outdoor sitting areas overlooking a fishpond. NOT SUITABLE FOR TODDLERS. (Lots of water) 2 AIR CONDITIONED bedrooms with queen size beds. A complete, fully equiped house. THE LIVING/KITCHEN AREA ARE NOT AIR CONDITIONED, however ceiling fan, louvered walls and bifold door offer good through ventilation. Cemetery across the street and a railway line with 4 trains/day.
