Spacious End Unit ~ Saltwater Pool~ Beach Access!

Our spacious and bright two-bedroom 2nd floor condo (with elevator) is located in building 12 of the lovely Westport by the Sea complex on the beach at the end of Ocean Ave. It has a view of the State Park and the lighthouse and is a very short walk to the beach and ocean front path! No ocean view, but very handy to the pool area and clubhouse. The saltwater pool is heated but seasonal (Open mid-May to mid-Oct) while the hot tub is open all year. We allow early check-in if the unit is ready!

The space can sleep upto 4 adults, and is in a quiet neighborhood location less than 5 minutes from the amenities of Westport. Adult (over 18 years old) guests are preferred.

The Saltbox was originally built back in 1940, but given a full face lift for its new adventure! Our cottage is dog friendly and located between Ocean Shores and Seabrook, about a 15 minute drive to each. Whether you're looking to enjoy the sound of the ocean from the balcony, a cozy fire down in the pit, game nights with the family, or a quiet space for you and your pups, we hope you'll find it here. Breath in the salt air. This getaway is a quarter of a mile from the ocean. The beautiful wood paneling throughout, screams CABIN, yet functions as a house, with all of the ammenities. It has two separate wings, and three bathrooms. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The outdoor fireplace is a great place to warm up after a beach walk, and for making smoors. So open the windows, and let the ocean lull you to sleep.

We are 1 block from the iconic Observation Tower that is the starting point of a paved hiking/biking path that meanders along Half Moon Bay to the Jetty, where the number one surfing spot in the state is located! Whether you're a winter storm watcher, fisherman or surfer, our location is ideal.

Enjoy this completely remodeled home. Everything you need is there for your use. A complimentary bottle of wine, to tea and coffee. Explore listening to records on the record player. Or hear the sounds of nature. Relax in a private back yard with a firepit to enjoy. Or take a 4 -5 minute walk to the private beach entrance for residents and guests. Walk on beautiful low traffic beaches for literally miles! We are in a very quiet neighborhood away from main road.
