In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Chiemsee Strandbad. Vor der Haustüre befinden sich sehr gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege in die Felder und Moore. Historic barn from 1792 apartment

Es handelt sich um eine Einliegerwohnung in einem denkmalgeschützten, prämierten alten Bundwerk-Stadel von 1792. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in einer halben Stunde fußläufig bzw 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Fußweg führt am Inn entlang und ist gut mit Rädern zu befahren. Familienfreundliche Aktivitäten, Kunst und Kultur gibts im ganzen Chiemgau.. Wer eine sehr besondere Unterkunft sucht und Sinn für den Charme alter Dinge hat wird sich bei uns wohlfühlen.

We offer a cozy, newly furnished 2 room apartment with wonderful mountain views in a converted farmhouse on the outskirts of Bernau. The farm is located in a quiet and dreamlike location. To the north is Lake Chiemsee, to the south the mountains. Direct access to the hiking trails to the first Chiemgauer Almen. Old Salinweg / Kampenwand / Gedererwand 5 minutes by bike and 15 minutes walk to the center. 15 minutes by bike and 10 minutes by car to Lake Chiemsee.

It has just been completely renovated and no wishes are open to you as a vacationer if you love Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and nature. This apartment for two has everything your heart desires: a great bathroom with washing machine, a cozy box spring bed, a high-quality kitchen and plenty of space for shared time in the living room on the cozy couch.

Ecological holiday apartment in the Alps

Ideal gelegen, zwischen München und Salzburg ( je 45 Minuten), schnell zu erreichen und doch ruhig und mitten im Wald haben wir unsere alte Werkstatt in eine kleine Wohnung mit Bad und Küche verwandelt. Der Raum ist ca. 45 qm groß, in Lehmbauweise gestaltet und hat ein großes Sitzfenster zum Wald hinaus. Im Außenbereich können unsere Gäste nach Absprache die Feuerstelle nutzen. Für Kinder gibt es ein Trampolin, Fußballplatz und Tischtennisplatte.

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop).
