During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The town center with a supermarket is about 2 km away, the small Reifing lake in Grassau is just under 3 km away, Lake Wössn is just under 5 km away, and Lake Chiemsee is about 12 km away. Numerous hiking trails start right behind the house. The Hochplattenbahn (two-seater chairlift) is a 10–15-minute walk away. The Chiemgau region is also a paradise for bike rides.
