A beautiful spot in the Lakes! Location absolutely perfect for all the great hikes. Lovely view from the outside terrace. Well appointed and extremely cosy studio apartment. Bed was so comfy!!! With lovely linens. All mod cons. Shame its such a long drive from London but well worth the effort to get to the Lakes. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you Amanda. Very nice host. There for questions but left you to be totally private & secluded.

Lovely little bolthole, incredible location in the heart of the village. You’re a minute walk away from most of the restaurants, pubs and sights. Getting checked in was super easy and the place was spotless, thank you Nia!

Set in lovely grasmere. Flat 5 at the top of the house. Really spacious. Everything that you would need. Clear and useful instructions throughout. Made it super easy. Lovely and quiet Perfect host. Always on hand and happy to help. Couldn’t ask for anything else Many thanks

We had a lovely stay here, the property was superb and the birds, squirrels and badgers were lovely to see. Grasmere is a beautiful little village with plenty of restaurants and shops. This was the perfect location for walks in the Lake District with plenty of walks right on the door step and nice and close to Helvellyn. We would absolutely visit again ❤️
