Characterful apartment located 10 meters from the Grand and majestic Sillon beach. You just have to cross the street to take your sea bath, do yoga, read a book in the sun or have an aperitif at sunset. Ideal location in luxury residence. Access to the furrow and the beach. Very bright, quiet, balcony, elevator. The free covered and secure private parking is a real plus. Superb refurbished historic centre accommodation in a building dating from the 17th century . Beaches at 150 meters. All shops nearby . 50 metres from the dynamic Place Chateaubriand, 150 metres from the Palais des Congrès, a 20-minute walk from the SNCF train station. Third floor (no elevator) the apartment is very bright (this accommodation is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility)
