The house is located in the center of Dinard, 50 m from a large free parking lot, (except July and August) 400 m from the beach and close to shops. You can do everything on foot once you arrive: the famous market (50 m), the market hall, shops, bars, restaurants, cinema, casino, beaches, port (sea bus). Townhouse on the ground floor (55 m2) completely refurbished in 2016, fully equipped with a small garden, ideal for couples alone or with children (sleeps 4)

Our holiday home is a short walk from the Sillon beach and the quiet thermal baths to enjoy Saint-Malo and its region, with or without a car. Ideal for couples or families with children, the house was fully renovated a few years ago and offers all the comforts to have an pleasant holiday. It has a quiet, enclosed west-facing garden that is not overlooked, with garden furniture, barbecue, and large terrace. Cleaning is required before you leave.
