This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Stay in the Carriage House to enjoy the garden and relax in the spacious interior whether for work, a romantic break or R&R. This stone barn was renovated in 2012 by the owners, retaining the character of the original building, whilst installing underfloor heating, an air source heat pump, a fabulous kitchen, oak windows, doors and staircase and a beautiful bedroom. The location is rural and secluded in a small village close to Milton Keynes.

Private cosy canal-side Annexe with own front door. The king-size bedroom has a good sized en-suite shower room, which includes fresh towels, hair dryer and an iron. There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.

Come and relax in our newly renovated annexe. You’ll have complete privacy in this separate accommodation, but we live next door so if there is anything you need, we’re only a message (or knock) away. The annexe comes complete with its own kitchenette to prepare simple meals using the microwave and toaster. Tea and coffee making facilities, fruit juice, cereals and milk are also provided. There is a TV in the bedroom for watching iPlayer, Netflix or other TV apps.

Single bedroom in a private house, the house is located in a very quiet neighbourhood. There is fridge space but no freezer space. Guest are welcome to use the microwave to heat ready made meals, there is also a toaster, sandwich maker and kettle. Guest are welcome to tea and coffee. There is no washing machine or tumble dryer available for guests to use. Working from home is not permitted

I had a wonderful 3-month stay at Vinod’s place with my dog, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Vinod is an amazing host, warm, friendly, and always attentive. He consistently checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. His kids were also lovely, very respectful, kind, and a joy to be around. The house is perfectly located, with all essential amenities just a short walk away there is a lovely coffee shop, a Co-op for groceries, and several great takeaway spots. The neighborhood is vibrant and welcoming, with a beautiful canal nearby that quickly became our favorite walking route. My dog and I enjoyed our daily strolls there immensely. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Had a wonderful stay with Alison and Phillip. The room was very comfortable and they were so friendly and welcoming. The weather was lovely and the room was very bright with views into the garden. Earls Barton was the perfect location for my activities. Highly recommended

Frank was lovely and very helpful. Unfortunately, due to my work commitments, I didn't have much time to catch up properly. Hopefully, I get more time on my end in the future. The parking has been a bit of a hit and miss, just like what Frank's had mentioned. But you will eventually get one, but it's a bit of a gamble. Overall, 100% recommended!
