the home was great! comfy beds, hot tub was wonderful- a sky of stars was able to be seen from the tub. kitchen has the essentials for a meal at your temporary home. good location between sagatuk and south haven. would stay again

Great place to stay for the price, hot tub was amazing and having the Blackstone and grill made it even better. It’s secluded enough to get away from the city but still only a 10 min drive to downtown Whitehall. Can’t recommend it enough, would definitely stay there again

We enjoyed our weekend stay celebrating a bachelorette weekend. The back deck was beautiful and perfect for evenings outside. Would recommend this place!

We had a wonderful getaway at Maggie’s place. We loved everything from the decor to the stocked kitchen and the gorgeous yard. You can tell that Maggie pays close attention to details- anticipating everything that guests may need. The hot tub on the screened-in porch was absolutely perfect. Everyone in our group slept great in the comfy beds. Plenty of linens, sound machines, ceiling fans, and heat and AC. We lucked out with perfect weather so we were able to sleep with the windows open and wake up to the sound of birds which added to a perfect relaxing weekend with old friends. We were even able to enjoy some yoga in the well-kept backyard. We are already talking about when we all get away again so we can come back!

Great value on a peaceful lake. The house is comfortable and has everything you need for a perfect stay. The hot tub was an added bonus! Close to some great golf courses also!

The cabin is a beautiful property that easily hosted 8 adult men on a golf outing. The cabin was spotless when we arrived and the basement media room was a huge hit with the group to watch sports, play foosball, and have mortal combat tournaments. There is a selection of fantastic golf courses all within a 30 minute drive, and Grand Rapids is only 30 minutes away as well for dinners, and going out. I'd highly recommend this cabin for a golf outing, and I would gladly book again if I was going to be in the area.

Awesome stay, we have done this with the family for a few years and really have a wonderful time between the cabin and the amenities at double jj. The place is hard to find as the directions take you down a service road, but once there it’s a dream.

Mill Pond Realty was fantastic for us! We were supposed to stay in Saugatuck but someone hit the gas line and places were out of heat and hot water. Mill Pond was proactive and set us up in a new location that had gas and honestly it was even better than we had hoped for. This house was a beautiful upgrade for us! indoor pool to enjoy and the house itself was gorgeous! We all were very impressed!! Will definitely book with Mill Pond Realty again!!

This is a GREAT place to stay. So well taken care of, very clean with all the “things” you need for your stay. Brian the host is very good to work with and accommodating.

Our family of 8 needed a place to gather for a family funeral in Michigan. We found this listing and it seemed like it would be perfect. It had a few more bedrooms than we needed, but it was fun that everyone got to choose, plus this house cost less than ones with fewer bedrooms. It is an older lakehome that has been refurbished with stylish decor, coordinated blankets, etc. The owners obviously put a lot of thought into making it lovely and comfortable. Everything we could possibly have needed was available...extra beach towels, extra blankets, plenty of Keirig pods, lots of storage space in bathrooms, etc. The windows of the two story A frame looked out on a small private beach on a beautiful lake where our three grandchildren were happily entertained, taking turns with the canoe, kayak, and paddleboard. The big deck was so enjoyable for watching kids, and we had an evening s'more cookout with the gas firepit. Perfect in every way! Loved our stay. Hosts were great.

A great house!

I knew it was going to be beautiful, but it also ended up being a retreat for our families. Close to Holland where we got to experience Windmill island gardens for the Tulip festival, 15 minutes from the sagatuck brewery that was refreshing and kid friendly, plenty of ice cream options nearby, we ordered in from the southerner and it was delicious and the dinning space was stunning and accommodated everyone! I woke up in the trees with the beautiful skylights and there were even lighting for the teeea outside the room in the evenings. The fire place was easy to use and beautiful to watch. The screened in area kept the kids safe to hang out and play together outside. The layout was perfect! It was close to laketown beach which is stunning in the morning. And the host gave us additional time packing up to help ease the stress and prevent rushing the children and that was everything on mother’s day(: this was home.

The house is lovely-quaint log cabin with nicely updated kitchen and sparkly clean bathrooms! Wonderful porch with hot tub. The neighborhood is away from downtown which has its perks. The home is one of many duplicates in a cute “subdivision”. Neighboring houses in the association are very close to each other and give a nice community feel. The house is close to the main road so easy to find, but some traffic noise. Restrictive parking but clear directions from owners. Lovely large dining table, two living spaces and three ample bedrooms with clean linens and towels.

Was in the area for work and found this Tiny house. Stay was very pleasant. It was myself and a coworker who brought their dog. No issues and will definitely stay again.

The cabin is charming, with practical and aesthetically appealing amenities and decoration. The private space both inside and out was calming and relaxing. We enjoyed birdwatching, dipping into the books on hand and walking through the woods.

We loved our stay and want to come back again!

We spent a couple days exploring Double JJ Ranch and Robert’s house was about 7-10 minutes from the ranch. Perfect location for us! It was a great house to rent.

Todd's cabin was wonderful for a weekend getaway!

We had such an amazing stay on Jim's property. The lake, easy to get to in a short walk, was very serene with a ton of activities to do. We pedal- and paddle-boarded and also used the aqua-cycle! We also sat around the firepit and saw a ton of shooting stars. The bikes were also great, and it wasn't a far drive from South Haven where we went to the farmer's market and would have gone to the beach if it were warmer. Although there were two RVs with people also on the front of the property, it still felt pretty private and everyone kept to themselves. The most interaction with other people was walking on the boardwalk to the lake and hanging out on the dock. Such a fun weekend!

I had a fantastic weekend here - the neighborhood was quiet, absolutely beautiful, and so peaceful. Loved that the beach was a quick walk away. House was exactly as pictured, and Phil was very responsive & helpful. I look forward to coming back!

We had an amazing time! We brought our own poles, but there some provided. Fishing was awesome right off the dock! Big yard for yard games, did not get on the water because of the wind but kayaks and a fishing boat were available. A great little shallow area perfect for littles to play, and we plan on coming back with some. Inside the cabin was beautiful, we love the rustic, cozy feel, although you want for nothing. So many extras provided. The hosts were available to answer any questions promptly. We will definitely book again!
