Present at check-in and check-out, they listened and did everything to make our stay great. We discovered Montreuil, a young and very nice city, lively but with quiet and safe streets. The house: beautiful decor, well-distributed rooms, very functional, the living room and the manager room can accommodate 8 guests, the sofas, the armchairs are comfortable. Everything is clean, clear, bright. The kitchen open to the manager room is equipped with recent and high-end appliances (bosch, samsung...), spacious bathrooms and the two bedrooms on the garden are bright and the bedding super comfortable, with recent mattresses (king and queen size), some farms and very firm, other fluffy. We didn't try the sofa bed, but we're sitting well, so... Note: two of the four bedrooms overlook the street, where a bus line passes (convenient to go to Vincennes), so if you are insoniaque or have very light sleep, choose the two bedrooms on the garden. The garden was in bloom when we stayed. Several tables, sun loungers and sunbeds allow you to isolate yourself for books. We were lucky enough to see it sunk all day. It's a haven of peace and greenery, appreciated by birds, butterflies...and humans, young and old;-) In short: you can go there without a second thought, you will be, like us, in love.

We had a wonderful stay at Linda's home. It is a beautiful old property in a fantastic location. In particular we appreciated the open plan kitchen and living space, comfortable beds, nice hot shower, and the pretty courtyard with roses. The house is secure with a big solid gate on the road. We were delighted to find that the house is close to the Roland Garros tennis stadium. There is also a hotel nearby called the Molitor which has a wonderful history from the 1920s and is worth checking out for the rooftop bar and a view of the pool. There are restaurants and cafes within a 15 minute walk or less - if we had more time we would have spent more time in the area near the metro station Boulogne Jean Jaures (line 10). I went to Sophie’s place as I was getting married in Paris and needed a place large enough for me and my family who were flying over with me. The house was amazing, spacious and even more beautiful than it seems in the pictures! Sophie was very friendly and responsive. It was all really great.

An exceptional place and location. Close to Paris and Versailles. They have an amazing Boulangerie around the corner. Local market every Wednesday and Saturday. The atmosphere is unique and soothing, a real gem!! Well equipped home with everything you need… and even more like BBQ and patio/garden :) Thierry is very attentive and available. A rare property that I would recommend without hesitation. Thank you so much.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house! Having free parking right in front was such a relief. The game room in the basement was a great bonus and added to the fun. The location was very convenient — just a short walk to the train station and nearby restaurants. The stairs down to the basement were quite narrow, but manageable. The hosts were great — very friendly and responsive to all our messages. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely stay again when we’re back in Paris.

We stayed there for 2 nights for my daughter's first birthday, and we absolutely did not regret our choice. The house is really ideal for getting together with family and disconnecting from everyday life. A little piece of countryside at Porte de Paris. I would not hesitate to rebook the house for another occasion :)

Eric’s place was just what we needed. It was a bit dated but perhaps that added to the charm? The bathrooms and kitchen worked fine. The bed was comfy and everyone was happy. Quick walk to the train was nice too.

Overall the place was great and as described. Was super hot when we were there, but there are a bunch of fans so that made it OK. We were a large group so it worked out great. We were warned that there may be some painting and flooring still "under construction", there were, but it did not effect our stay at all. Would have liked to take advantage of the back yard, lots of trees and plants, etc but was too hot and outside bugs were crazy this time of year.

Great accommodation, very nicely decorated with toile de Jouy (wallpaper, cushion, etc.) very well equipped. Very nice welcome by the manager. We had a great time with the family. I would recommend it.

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

Cyrille’s home is charming, beautiful and very comfortable. As host, Cyrille and his family were incredibly welcoming and helpful. When we asked if there was a grill we could use, they set one up for us, from a thorough cleaning all the way to a fire. When we realized there was a taxi strike on our departure day, they immediately offered to drive us to the train station with our luggage. Thank you so much!

The house was very well-kept and clean. The host of the house treated us like family. She booked and drove me to a doctor’s appointment, and also took me to several places in the city, accompanying and assisting me on her own time. She had flexible check in and check out times, as we came in early and checked out late with no problem at all. If I were to list everything she had done for me, this review would be far too long. We cannot thank her enough for her hospitality, and we can’t wait to come back.

Wow! This beautiful home is a work of art!!! My family had the best time staying here. We loved loved loved the vintage pinball machine (my high score was 21,333,234) and the outdoor space is perfect for hosting a small gathering of family and friends. Our daughters bonded by playing bocci ball and ping pong. It was also very special meeting Philippe and he’s inspired me to create more art and build a space like this. Very grateful for the good vibes. If you want to escape the hustle of Paris and have a staycation in a beautiful space you should reserve today!

Beautiful, comfortable, modern and very clean house. Loïc places particular emphasis on welcoming tenants to make them feel comfortable. Very helpful and available, he was able to provide us with fans for the day when it was 35-36°. Loïc is accommodating with check-in and checkout times. The place is quiet with trees all around. Close to the Vélizy-Villacoublay shopping center, Paris and Versailles are also nearby. We really enjoyed our stay, which we highly recommend. Thanks again Loïc.

I booked this place for a family trip (4 adults/3 kids). Amazing property with all amenities. The photos don’t do it justice! Peaceful location and space for a vehicle. If you don’t have your own transport, I’d advise looking up directions to get to Paris. There is local train station about a 20 minute walk and about 2/3 stops to Paris. Property was in good condition apart from a few cracked tiles but not worth complaining over considering the size of the house. We made use of the cinema (and I made good use of the massage chair!) The accommodation is perfect for a large family. All the necessary utensils to feel at home. Sandrine and Marina are very responsive to any need, which enhances the pleasantness of the stay.

Ideal place to share great moments with friends. Everything was done before we arrived so we could easily settle in. Inside, the house is spacious and very well arranged. Outside, children and their parents were able to enjoy the garden (swimming pool, trampoline, ping pong). Clarence was always very responsive before our arrival and during the stay. We had a great weekend.

We were 6 friends visiting Paris with this lovely house as our starting point. The house exceeded all our expectations. The garden and the heated pool and the tastefully decorated house was the perfect setting for our girls trip. Emma and her husband were a wonderful hosts and very easy to communicate with. The house is beautifully located, a train ride from Paris. We often took the train/metro to town and a van back to the house. It takes a good while, but trains are frequent and it’s easy to get a car to return. Definitely not the last time we stay here! Would be perfect for a large family as well.

The house is perfect it is even more beautiful in real life. It's spacious and very clean. It contains many amenities, we lacked nothing. Nafi is a huge kindness, she is very responsive and available. I would recommend it 100%

The pictures do it no justice. It was a beautiful home with a generous host who guided us on restaurants, walkable grocery stores and even walked with us to a restaurant to speak to the manager for us, ensuring we were in good hands. The home is gorgeous and clean. Emma was extremely responsive and gave helpful tips for where we were traveling that day. We will be back and most definitely will travel to her villa again with our family again.
