Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Grand Lake O' the Cherokees

We will be staying here again. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Some things that stood out to us: 1) The view is the best we've ever had at Grand, 2) The neighborhood was quiet, 3) Having a storm shelter and use of the garage was a bonus, 4) The hosts have way more accoutrements then any other place we've stayed, 5) Sitting around the firepit in the evening was nice, 6) and the house was comfortable/inviting.

My extended family of 10 had an awesome weekend on the lake! The home was comfortable for all of us with beautiful views from nearly every room. My nephews love to fish and this turned out to be a great spot for catfish. We enjoyed the shady deck and evenings around the fire pit. Page, our host, was quick to respond and friendly.

Suzette’s place was beautiful. Right on the water with a dock that we could use and keep the boat at overnight. Keep in mind, there is no room for a boat/trailer in the driveway. I had to park my truck and boat trailer somewhere else but other than that we loved the house. We will gladly stay again as we enjoyed every minute of our stay. She was very responsive and the place was clean with plenty of supplies and snacks for our stay. Thank you!

Troy and Angela were super responsive, so that made everything a breeze. Great place to stay! Plenty of room for everyone. Great little hang out areas. Loved that it was waterfront and able to take our boat and jetskis! In a quiet cove that perfect!! Will definitely come back! Also; DoorDash and Walmart+ delivers out there 😉

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful location and peaceful setting. The home was clean and welcoming. David was very responsive and friendly.

Everyone around the area was really friendly including the dogs. Description of property lets you know there are free roaming dogs and we encountered a few but all just anted to be pet. House is nice and AC was cool, even had a man cave that was nice to hang out in, 12 year old grandson lived in during the day. Kim was ahead of the game with advice on where to go if we got board because of the rain but for the most part we hung out on the covered dock and fished in the rain. We were able to catch fish everyday we were there. Beds and furniture inside were comfortable. Other two grandsons slept in the front room on twin beds, they loved their view. Overall a pretty cool place and we will probably try and come back again.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and helpful local recommendations. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this host to anyone visiting the area!

Great spot to stay near everything . High quality linens and well stocked supplies. Very clean. No noise and slept great in comfy beds. Great guidebook put together. I will be back

Great place for our family of six! The kids loved the pool table and the nearby basketball court. The unit is at the end of a street which is nice. Bring your own drinking water as the town water does not taste good.

Had a great 6 day stay! Perfect stay for a couple & their fur baby.

Very relaxing and quiet, beautiful location We highly recommend staying at Dave's Place at country Estates on Monkey Island.

The owners were very sweet and accommodating! Their place is absolutely beautiful with plenty of room for our family of 8. We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets on the spacious deck overlooking the pool and lake. Their place is stocked with anything you may need! Game cabinet full of games. We spent every evening playing games and enjoying family time under the same roof! 10/10

Beautiful place enjoyed it kids loved it the hot tub was wonderful ❤️ need a first aid kit out there tho had a slip and fall on the steps and knee got busted but other then that 10 out of 10 fantastic views!!

Hard to know where to begin! Such a beautiful place and setting! We were welcomed to fresh flowers, champagne in the fridge, doggie treats for our German Shepherd Ike, a hefty snack basket and a super cute “Happy Birthday” sign hanging for my husbands 70th birthday! All my kids (including my daughter who came from California)and grandchildren were there and there was so much for all of us to do! The amenities were plenty, everything you could need, from games, sunscreen, life vests, beach towels, endless Koozies with bathrooms and kitchen fully stocked! We just loved everything! The patio was so spacious with lots of seating….we enjoyed the fire pit every night with our blankets to watch the sunset… with relaxing music from the Bluetooth speaker! Could go on and on…hope to visit again! Thanks Tammie!!!!!

Had a great time, was able to walk my dog down to the park each morning. The one issue I had with the cooktop was easily resolved, Rex was quick to respond and come over to help! He was also really helpful when we needed another day booked! The coffee shop next door was the best! Felt like small town hospitality at a big Grand Lake! Thank you 😊

We really enjoyed staying at Amna's place! They responded quickly and the house was very clean. The couch is SO comfy. 🤣 the porch was great to sit on and enjoy the quiet in the mornings!

My extended family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bradley's house. The setting is especially lovely and we took advantage of all the pleasant places to gather and visit with each other, especially the upper screened-in porch. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking essentials and basic spices. The highlight was seeing a newborn fawn on the front lawn with its very attentive mother. Bradley was quick to respond to any concern, and the manager Lonnie was very friendly and made us feel welcome. I highly recommend this airbnb if you are visiting Grove.

As soon as we drove into the neighborhood we knew it was going to be great!! We felt right at home and got to take a nice walk down to the water with our dog. We booked just hours before arrival and there was no problems getting in touch with the host to reserve the cottage.
