Vacation rentals with a kayak in Grand Lake O' the Cherokees

We will be staying here again. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Some things that stood out to us: 1) The view is the best we've ever had at Grand, 2) The neighborhood was quiet, 3) Having a storm shelter and use of the garage was a bonus, 4) The hosts have way more accoutrements then any other place we've stayed, 5) Sitting around the firepit in the evening was nice, 6) and the house was comfortable/inviting.

our family really enjoyed this place it was everything that we expected the weather was a little rough but you know the house was beautiful and large enough to entertain everybody inside I would definitely recommend anyone to rent this place and we probably will rent it again

We had a great weekend on the lake, with this Airbnb being a perfect spot to hang out while on land. Perfect for a good, chill weekend for hanging out with the guys as well as for the family.

Very private comfortable place to stay! Great outdoor seating area and grill. Comfortable beds and a kitchen with everything needed to cook for yourself. Dock was a pretty long walk but was nice and access to kayaks was so fun for our weekend stay!

Hard to know where to begin! Such a beautiful place and setting! We were welcomed to fresh flowers, champagne in the fridge, doggie treats for our German Shepherd Ike, a hefty snack basket and a super cute “Happy Birthday” sign hanging for my husbands 70th birthday! All my kids (including my daughter who came from California)and grandchildren were there and there was so much for all of us to do! The amenities were plenty, everything you could need, from games, sunscreen, life vests, beach towels, endless Koozies with bathrooms and kitchen fully stocked! We just loved everything! The patio was so spacious with lots of seating….we enjoyed the fire pit every night with our blankets to watch the sunset… with relaxing music from the Bluetooth speaker! Could go on and on…hope to visit again! Thanks Tammie!!!!!

Beautiful lake house! My sons caught fish off the dock. Host very quick response. Had everything we needed. Would stay again! Definitely recommend!

Our family absolutely loved staying here! The decorative details were amazing and they have truly thought of everything. We loved it so much we booked another weekend at the end of July! Will continue to rent from Steven and his wife. Great communicators and we were even able to rent their awesome golf cart. I would highly suggest renting from them, you will not be disappointed!! We took a family of 13 (8 adults, 2 teens, 3 littles) for a three day weekend. There was definitely plenty of room for our group. The game room was a huge hit, the house location close to the water was perfect. And they had everything you could possibly need so do not bother over packing and taking stuff you don’t. Lots of house towels, beach towels, life vests, outdoor activities, board, games, and puzzles, full kitchen. It was a perfect family get away. Our family will definitely be back to enjoy this property again at some point.

Wow! Literally one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at 30+ Airbnbs. The cabin is modern, has a big comfortable bed, nice bathroom and shower, amazing back covered porch that faces the woods and lake with a fire pit. Has off street parking, no stairs, and easy access (easy to open/close door and lock it). There is a very short trail from the cabin to the lake where you can either kayak or sit in chairs by the shore (the sunset from this location was absolutely STUNNING). I’d 100% stay again, and plan to!

Cute little cottages just a short walk from the water. It was an easy check in process and the cottage was just as described. This is the perfect location if you are wanting a relaxing trip as there is not a ton to do in the town. We loved the availability of the kayaks and paddle boards right by the water as well as all the seating available.

really amazing lake view, great out door spaces and set up well for children. has a fenced yard for kids to play in and you don't have to worry about them heading down to water accidently. location is really close to everything g you might need but house is tucked away on a great lot so you feel secluded. house has a sound system also which if you stay in Airbnb often you know is rare. highly recommend this spot

We went up for a get away for the night and it was a great little place for sure the walkway out to the lake was really pretty. And the cabin was nice and relaxing!

This place is so wonderful. First - the location, close to town with waterfront land. Second, the homes are meticulously stocked, the beds are super comfy, everything you need to make yourself at home is included - even little things like personal fans for when you sleep. The hosts are super responsive. The game room is cute. The places are super clean. And if you like to walk, there are several great neighborhoods up the road to get your steps. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. Great, great airBnB.

Was a quaint little cabin We had a 24 ft boat and was a little tight but it worked out to leave it and go out to eat Beautiful area and nicely planned Was very comfortable Enjoyed the covered porch on back but just FYI there is A LOT of poison Ivy around the area so beware Close to Wolfe Creek park and boat ramp and to Dr real restaurants Over all it was a fabulous experience We will go back!

Donna is a wonderful host, her place is a great value the outside patio area looking over the cove is just awesome. The inside wood work gave you that I'm at the lake feel.

We had a great stay at the Golden Kettle Cottage. The place was peaceful and comfortable. We appreciated the kayaks and had a lovely time on the lake. The kitchen was very well equipped, providing almost anything you would need to cook your own meals.

We enjoyed staying at LEE‘s place. The staff she has working there is exceptional. It was an entire family that was extremely helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and then some they were extremely accommodating and gave us great recommendations on things to do in the area, as well as giving us a great price for boat rental for the day which we enjoyed fishing off of and enjoying the scenic lake!! We will definitely be staying here again.

The space was beautiful and comfortable. Hot tub was clean and hot! 💜 I enjoyed the privacy of the valley this home is nestled in. There were neighbors, but it still felt private.

Glenna had fantastic communication. Any questions we had were answered promptly. kitchen was also nicely stocked. the view from the back deck was amazing.

Enjoyed our stay. Great Location, close to little blue access to trails. We'll definitely stay here again in the future! Good for parking lot space. Was able to fit 2 trucks with car haulers and a 45ft wedge trailer attached to a dodge dually.

What a beautiful place. We had a perfect weather weekend! Spent time on the kayaks and paddleboards and saw the most amazing sunsets! The outdoor area was truly wonderful. My 19 month old niece loved the trampoline! Very comfortable beds and well laid out house with all the amenities. It would have been nice to have some place in the kitchen to put all of our snacks and drinks and food for 16 people. Had to put most in the garage but we made it work! Everything else was fantastic!

We decided to take a trip to the lake at the last minute, and Rebecca was very accommodating for our same day booking request. The cabin was very nice, and because it’s a gated community, we felt safe with our boat and all our gear. She was very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend and would gladly book again.

This spot is just as described and pictured! Our group really enjoyed the place and the surroundings were beautiful! We came to the lake and brought our boat, boat slip is super close and convenient! Highly recommend and I would stay again!
