The apartment is exactly as described, clean and cozy. The appliances are new and the furniture is modern and functional. They gave us drinks and chocolates. Friendly and attentive hosts.

Had a wonderful stay! Gill was lovely and met us at the door to show us around and make sure we were settled in. Gave us a few recommendations and a layout of the area which was perfect. We had plans to sightsee in Munich and a few places around Munich so the location was great for that. 30 minutes outside Munchen old town and a short drive to Andechs Monastery and brewery and about 45 min to Neuschwanstein Castle. Worthsee lake is nice as were the other lakes in the area. The accommodations are spacious and well equipped for an old farmhouse. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this quiet peaceful spot and highly recommend Gill's place!

The home is very nice, very clean, well-equipped, and the environment is clean.Recommend others to stay here!! 10 minutes walk from Munich, there are Thai restaurants nearby. The owner is very nice, letting us check in early and keep our luggage after check out, there is a washing machine, dryer and laundry detergent in the hallway. The door lock is more difficult to open, try a few more times.

We had a great time in an apartment that was cozy and well-equipped. Good bed. Nearby transportation. Check-in with the lockbox was easy and flexible. We missed the microwave a bit, but we did well without it because there were more frying pans. It was nice to have salt, sugar, oil, spices, etc. ready in the apartment. The apartment does not have air conditioning, so we wondered if it was very hot in the heat. Now, in the spring, there was no problem with it. Definitely one of the best Airbnb homes we've been in. Thank you! 😀

After traveling through the UK for 10 days (staying in hotels), Achim's beautiful home was just what my family of 4 (with 2 adult children) needed. House was spacious, lots of natural light, and super clean and comfortable. We were visiting family in Haimhausen and it was a quick 5 minute drive. Munich airport was an easy 20 mins away. The host went out of their way to make sure to greet us upon arrival to show us how everything worked and thoughtfully left some things for us to eat/drink. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit Bavaria!

Location, location, location! Close to many museums, restaurants, markets, boutiques, and only a short subway trip to center of Munich. Sarah’s place was perfect for our week stay in Munich! The place was spotless, modern, and well equipped. She took initiative to make our stay even more comfortable for us and our adult daughter. Thank you, Sarah. We had a great stay! The apartment was exactly as described – modern, stylishly furnished and very clean. We felt like at home from the first moment. We especially liked the beautiful balcony, where you can relax wonderfully. The bathroom is spacious and very well maintained, with a combination of bathtub and shower – perfect for feeling good. The location is great: shopping and restaurants are within a few minutes' walk. Great excursion destinations such as Lake Tegernsee, Lake Kochelsee or Lake Walchensee are also easily accessible by car. We will be happy to come back!

The place is very roomy, comfortable, and quiet. It has everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal and washer/dryer to clean your clothes. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is amazing! Great coffee machine that made us feel like baristas! The lake is within walking distance and has a restaurant and a Biergarten with food. The bus and metro system is really easy to use. There are two bus stops nearby the house. Download MVV app for ease of use. Two grocery stores within walking distance to grab drinks or even food to cook. If not in the mood to cook there are restaurants. The Italian restaurant, Tonino, was our favorite with delicious food, great service, and good prices. The hosts are beyond wonderful, quick to answer any needs, and very hospitable! We adore them and will be back again!

Our host was extremely kind and caring. The area where the house is located is a place with lush nature. A great place to stay for those traveling with their vehicle. The house was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. I would highly recommend it for those who want peace.

The apartment is ideal for one / two persons. It has everything you need. The staircase to the mezzanine is quite steep. A well-stocked supermarket is just behind the corner. The connection with public transport is ok - you can reach the city of Schwabmünchen in about 20 minutes or you can walk 30 minutes.
