Hello there! As I travel a lot (mostly for sailing or hiking), my small flat in the middle of Munich is often vacant. During this time, I like to rent it out to other travellers. It's fully equipped and ready for your trip to Munich. My flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the Isar river and it has good public transport connections that take you to the city centre in a few minutes. The appartment is a quiet oasis with lots of green plants.

The apartment (bedroom, living room with kitchen, toilet, shower, terrace with garden access) has its own access through the garage. The bed has a width of 1.40 m. For an additional charge of €30.00 per night, a single guest bed can be placed for a third person in the living room.

Since we also use the rooms privately for friends who come to visit, there is everything you need. There is a private bathroom and a kitchenette where you can prepare coffee and small snacks. On request, you can of course also book only 1 room.
