The two cozy rooms in the attic (3rd floor) are quiet and yet very centrally located. They offer max. 4 sleeping places for adults (180 cm double bed and two single beds with 80 cm). Since we also use the rooms privately for friends who come to visit, there is everything you need. There is a private bathroom and a kitchenette where you can prepare coffee and small snacks. On request, you can of course also book only 1 room.

The guest apartment is located in the souterrain of our home, with separate entrance. From the spacious entrance area you can reach the bathroom as well as the kitchenette with fridge, 2-burner stove and microwave. Afterwards, you will pass through the dressing area with chest of drawers and wardrobe, into the large cozy living, dining and sleeping area. The stable dining table is also well suited as a workspace.

The apartment was furnished with a lot of love for detail. In the hallway there is a gallery from the 1972 Munich Olympics. In the kitchen-living room, you can not only cook, but also sit comfortably together. The living room is the heart of the apartment - with stunning views of the large garden. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and a workplace. In addition to the bathtub, there is a separate toilet.

Small 25sqm studio garden house in a green environment. It has an own entrance and has a private terrace. Very quiet and safe location close to Nymphenburg palace and canal. Nevertheless it is not far from the centre, subway ride takes only 5 minutes to Munich Central Station. The garden house underwent a reconstruction and is completely new refurbished.
