Beach house vacation rentals in Grace Bay

Had a wonderful, relaxing, peaceful week at Lorraine’s. One of the nicest air bnb experiences and hosts ever! The place is spacious, bright, and charming. The full deck is amazing with lots of seating; we loved having breakfast there and napping after the beach. It was very clean, comfortable and homey. Lorraine has thought of everything. Kitchen is well stocked and we had breakfast daily and made a few dinners. Beds were comfy and plenty of seating for all, inside and out. Loads of towels, including for beach; laundry was useful to wash beach towels/swim stuff. Grace Bay is a short stroll away with easy access to food, shops, etc. Yet you’re removed from the resort hustle and bustle as soon as you enter the little pathway back to Lorraine’s. As for Lorraine, what a lovely person - wonderful getting to know her! She’s warm, friendly and laid back. We had our best meal right at her garden table! A delightful, unexpected treat made by Chef Lorraine. Great conversations and laughs :)

My husband and have been Airbnb'ing in the Carribean countries for 5+ years in different places and this is spot is the best/our favorite among all those we have visited. The pool and surrounding gardens at Chelle's place are lovely and private. The location is in a great part of the island, close to everything but not too busy or noisy. The ACs in the two rooms made the Villa very comfortable quickly and is well set up for your needs. I know sounds odd for vacation, but we really enjoyed the kitchen and grill to cook when we opted to not restaurant and just hang by the pool for the evening. The beach is short walk from the property. Chelle, the host, is very responsive and has great recommendations for restaurants and activities in TCI. We will definitely be back and hope you all enjoy, but don't tell everyone about TCIs best AirBNB!

House had tons of space for the 4 of us to be spread out when relaxing. The views were amazing, having coffee each morning on the deck looking out over the clean blue water is the best way to start the day. The location is private and very quiet. Sapodilla beach is a 5 minute drive down the road, we enjoyed it so much the first day there, we went back a second day before we left. Our week on TCI was so enjoyable it is on the "to do again" list.

The house is located right on the Laguna, you can take the kayak and go anywhere. Me and my boyfriend ran around the neighborhood every morning, beautiful views. We did move somewhere to see the sunset, just so we can swim in the ocean as swimming in the lake was not so nice. Very cute house. Perfect for two adult couples.

Patricia and Marvin were amazing hosts! From check in to check out they were amazing and helpful! The villa is beautiful! They didn’t dare an expense and thought of all the creature comforts. The private pool was so nice to have after a day at the beach. We were so lucky that we chose this little piece of paradise!

Wow! This place was perfect for my husband, myself, and our one year old. It’s so close to everything and allowed us to easily jump around to all the different beaches. The house is stunning and view is to die for! Highly highly recommend!!! Also, David is really great to rent from. He was super helpful and flexible with us, which were super grateful since we had our son with us and babies need flexibility ha! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!!!

If you are looking for an affordable spot near Grace Bay this is it! It was absolutely perfect, about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and about 20/30 minute walk to get to downtown Grace Bay; which was very doable for our group! John was soooo nice too and super flexible, letting us stay past check out time if needed! There was plenty of accommodations in the condo too, filtered water, towels, washer/dryer, basically all basics! I 100% would stay here again and had the best time!

Our stay at Eric’s property was absolutely phenomenal! The property is a perfect blend of modern elegance and cozy comfort, with stylish decor, plush beds, and a spotless, well-maintained space that felt like a luxury retreat. The fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, and serene outdoor area with a pool were just a few of the standout amenities that made our stay effortless and enjoyable. Every detail, from the pristine cleanliness to the thoughtful touches like fresh pastries delivered every morning was excellent. The kids were looking forward every morning to checking to see if Eric had dropped off the pastries! The location was ideal, offering easy access to the beaches (Grace Bay beach etc), restaurants, and shops while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The Eric’s outstanding communication and warm hospitality elevated the entire trip, even accommodating check out preference. We highly recommend this gem to anyone. You wont regret it!

Just returned from eight days at Nina and Dale's beautiful home. From the time of booking throughout our stay, Nina and Dale were very responsive to all communications. The home is lovely, and the photos of the property are very accurate. It was easy to find from the hosts' detailed instructions, and we felt very safe there. The beds and pillows were comfortable; the air conditioning was cold; ample towels and toiletries are provided; and we particularly appreciated their reverse osmosis 5-gallon water cooler! We didn't use the pool, but we did enjoy the outdoor shower & spigot to rinse off before going in the house. The keypad for entry worked flawlessly, and the gate remote was very convenient. Several grocery stores are a few minutes' drive away, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking/grilling. Bight Reef/Coral Gardens was a few minutes walk, and the home is also very close to Grace Bay and Smith's Reef. Really an all positive experience. Thank you!

We loved the house! It was perfect for all of us and plenty of space. It was clean, updated and had all the amenities you could ask for! Russ was very quick to respond and helpful with all of our questions.

We loved our stay here. Everything was clean, communication easy, walkable (about 1 mile) to main area and even shorter to beach access. Loved having beach chairs, towels and even sunscreen! Answered questions quickly. Overall highly recommend!

Do yourself a favor & book this place!! Spotless home with perfect AC units (I'm usually VERY picky with cleanliness), very WFH friendly (desk, chair, very good wifi, etc), and very safe location! I stayed here as a solo female traveler & never felt the need to even lock my door! Perfect place to stay long term, too - comes with everything you need, it's away from all of the resorts/noise (& fratty people). Incredible price, too! I will only come back to TCI if this home is available! I stargazed in the pool every single night. Jim & Maria are incredible hosts who were so helpful in every way. For example, I'm pretty sure Maria took the batteries out of her fire alarm to put into mine, so she suffered all night, but I didn't have to. They also lent me their paddleboard, gave me endless tips/tricks, & were so kind! Really made the island feel special. Thank you SO much for everything!

This was the perfect place to stay! it was clean and big and everything about staying there was so easy!

Well stocked villa with super responsive hosts. The house is cool (AC works great!), provides easy access to the beach (thought note it’s a 15 min walk), and is peaceful and private. Lots of amenities like grill, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, toys, etc. The neighborhood is best navigated with the vehicle for shopping and getting to the main corridors of Grace Bay / the island. Note that there is construction next door and along the street

Lisa’s place was such a great stay! It was walking distance to town, and had all the amenities needed for a great stay. We appreciated the extra beach towels and beach chairs, as well as the washer and dryer which we ended up using. The beds were super comfortable too. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great six-night stay. Beyond the Sea was absolutely perfect for the two of us. The neighborhood is beautiful, the home was very clean and the pool was so relaxing after days on the beach. Janet provides several beach amenities including chairs, towels, a cooler and more. We had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Robin and Donna are excellent hosts, who went above and beyond to exceed our expectations! The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, which is exactly what we where looking for only a 2 min drive from Grace Bay beach and the city center, with the infamous CoCo Bistro restaurant right around the corner from our villa. Robins Villa is beautifully laid out, very spacious and immaculately clean with a detailed decorative touch in every room to make it feel all the more warm and welcoming. Thanks guys for everything!!! We had an amazing stay and hope to see you again soon!

Definitely recommend! Host was friendly and the space was enough to accommodate our large family! We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again. Pros: Host was extremely kind and helpful to us. Insect repellent and other helpful items were provided to help with our stay. Security cameras etc on property gave us a sense of safety. Water fountain with drinkable cold water provided. Area is pretty central and close to a lot of stuff. Cons: Lots of mosquitoes. Cell phone reception was pretty poor in the units. It does have a lot of bush / trees in the area which causes you to have to be super cautious at night when leaving/entering the property.

Heather was an incredible host. Very quick to respond and very accommodating. We will def return and hope to stay here again. Perfect for my wife and I to bring our 1.5 yr old toddler. Thank you, Heather!!

Being in Turks and Caicos its important to be laid back and go with the flow. We had some hiccups along the way with some things…. but when we reached out they were close by and came to fix everything immediately. The pool was great and we enjoyed it a lot. We didn’t utilize the golf carts because they were not working the first half of the trip and after they were fixed we realized it was easier to just drive to the beach access. Over all decent place to stay.

Chis was the best host I’ve ever had & I travel often. He was not only accommodating but also friendly & responded quickly. The house was beautiful and spotless. Perfect location on the water and we were even able to use the kayaks. I would highly recommend & can’t wait to return. I will definitely be looking out for Chris’s other locations.

Will definitely be back! Foluso and Eliza were great to deal with, provided very detailed instructions and Eliza was very timely with check-in and out. Amazing home with great amenities.
