Waterfront vacation rentals in Grace Bay

We had a wonderful time and stay The host was amazing and very tentative If and when we come back we will definitely try to rebook with the same host and place to stay. Out host was very welcoming and answered each and every time we messaged which was very good to me being we were in totally different places and she made me not worry about anything upon our arrival.

Villa Esencia was absolutely perfect! Great beachfront location on Long Bay Beach. The water is stunning and so shallow that you can walk really far out without even getting waist deep. Our studio had everything we needed to cook meals, including storage containers and a backpack cooler. The private patio had a BBQ grill, table and chairs, as well as a lovely lounging area. From the patio, you are just steps away from a lovely quiet shared pool area. However, we seemed to be the only ones using to enjoy our morning coffee... so it felt very private. The property is less than 10 minutes to Grace Bay Beach and all of the restaurant options there. A short walk up the beach is The Shore Club, where we enjoyed lunch one afternoon at the Colonnade. Ritama, was so amazing and accommodating! She met us upon our arrival, and showed us around the property. It is gated, and felt very safe. We hope to return to Turks & Caicos again and would definitely stay at Villa Esencia! Thank you Ritama!

I was very delighted when I arrived to an immaculate pristine apartment! The view was amazing along with many of the amenities as described, plus more! Oscar, was nothing less than friendly and very proactive in offering recommendations of things to while visiting! I would 100% recommend staying here if you like a secluded private balcony and an amazing view of the ocean!

Turks and Caicos is stunning in itself but Nancy and her beautiful home made our experience in Turks even more incredible. Her apartment is even better in person and in the perfect location for a relaxing vacation! From sitting on the balcony watching the sunsets to watching movies in the gorgeous music -themed living room, we knew we made the right decision in staying at this apartment. Nancy was incredibly proactive and responsive and even stopped by to say hello. She had a cold bottle of Prosecco and beers waiting for us when we arrived. My teenage boys loved the location for the ease of getting to the many local restaurants and the beach. We would love to return to Turks and if we do, we will absolutely stay in this same apartment again. It has everything that you could ever need in a home away from home. And above all, Nancy is an outstanding host!

Really enjoyed the condo! It’s a very calm complex with a lot of full time and seasonal residents, so it lacks a touristy feel. Also felt very safe. The beach was good enough and the pool was amazing, and it was very easy to drive everywhere on the island. We thought it was a wonderful value for the price paid too. Pamela was very sweet and welcoming as well. Overall extremely happy both with the property and the island as a whole!

Great location! Great place, highly recommend this stay. The amenities and walk to the water with tens of turtles swimming in the backyard is amazing. If I could change one thing, it would be to have faster responses on questions during our stay. The place itself and the view beats the unresponsiveness for us. Once again, highly recommend it!

My mom and I booked extremely last minute and were welcomed right away. The instructions were very clear and the house was easy to find. Beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The only downside was that we could not get the stove/ oven to turn on and weren’t able to cook the food we bought.

Had a wonderful, relaxing, peaceful week at Lorraine’s. One of the nicest air bnb experiences and hosts ever! The place is spacious, bright, and charming. The full deck is amazing with lots of seating; we loved having breakfast there and napping after the beach. It was very clean, comfortable and homey. Lorraine has thought of everything. Kitchen is well stocked and we had breakfast daily and made a few dinners. Beds were comfy and plenty of seating for all, inside and out. Loads of towels, including for beach; laundry was useful to wash beach towels/swim stuff. Grace Bay is a short stroll away with easy access to food, shops, etc. Yet you’re removed from the resort hustle and bustle as soon as you enter the little pathway back to Lorraine’s. As for Lorraine, what a lovely person - wonderful getting to know her! She’s warm, friendly and laid back. We had our best meal right at her garden table! A delightful, unexpected treat made by Chef Lorraine. Great conversations and laughs :)

Our stay at Amy's was amazing. We had high expectations for this trip and the space exceeded all of them. The best part about this airbnb is the 1 min walk to the calmest beach you can imagine at Sapodilla Bay. It's perfect for introducing little kids to the ocean. There are a number of upgrades not mentioned in the posting or seen in the photos. The chain link fence shown in photos at the backside of the house has been upgraded to a solid wall with metal gates that matches the house. There are 3 paddle boards, 1 inflatable kayak, 2 pack and plays, unlimited about of pool inflatables, and 2 V8 dysons. You never thought a dyson would be helpful on vacation, but it was totally great for picking up crumbs from kids. The shade starts to cover the pool around 3pm in the afternoon so it was nice to relax after spending the day in the sun at the beach. We loved the space, felt totally safe the whole time there, and Amy was very responsive with anything we needed.

Absolutely amazing stay, I’ve been using Airbnb since it started and this has been by far the best and most welcoming home I’ve ever stayed out. Absolute pleasure and don’t even get me started on the cat

This house is perfect; truly a home away from home. It is situated right on Chalk Sound with kayaks and paddle boards for guest use. It is near Taylor Bay & Sapodilla beaches which we frequented and close to Las Brisas restaurant. The house was new, clean, well-maintained and had everything one would need for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of room to relax outside by the pool, as well as beach chairs, beach towels coolers for guest use. All the appliances were clean and functioning well; plenty of towels, kitchen gadgets, plates/silverware for up to 8 people . The hosts, Daphny and Nat were amazing; responsive, attentive and kind! They were great to work with and we are grateful for their kindness. Don’t hesitate to book this home!

Chis was the best host I’ve ever had & I travel often. He was not only accommodating but also friendly & responded quickly. The house was beautiful and spotless. Perfect location on the water and we were even able to use the kayaks. I would highly recommend & can’t wait to return. I will definitely be looking out for Chris’s other locations.

Perfect spot for our two families (4 adults, 4 kids). The views were absolutely stunning. Short drive to food Las Brisas and Chalkies. Away from the crowded Grace Bay Area but still a short drive there. We kayaked out to the little islands and snorkeled around them. Some highlights: sunrises on the deck, sunsets at Taylor Bay, diving with Dive Provo, 7:00am turtle snorkeling (3 turtles!) at smiths reef, private chef that came to the villa (we had at least two additional meals of leftovers!), sting rays at Sapodilla, potcake place puppy walking, hiking and conch shell hunting at Bird Rock, and of course all the pool, kayak, and pavilion time! This was our second time at a property managed by Island Escapes and with our contact person Julian. He was very friendly and informative. Chalk sound is the best area to stay imo, you definitely need a car but driving/navigating is very easy. Can’t wait to come back!

Loved our stay at Juliet’s place in Grace Bay. Really great location with plenty to walk to. The building itself had a nice bar, pool area and hot tub, as well as access right on the beach. Juliet’s condo unit had all the amenities we needed and more. Highly recommended!

Unit was very nice. Very clean, lots of space, plenty of linens. Pool very nice. Several great restaurants within easy walking distance. Grocery store 5-min drive. 10-15 min walk to Smith's Reef. Outdoor seating could be improved but didn't take away from our experience.

Beautiful, secluded. We would walk about 6 minutes to a more turquoise part of the private beach free of seaweed. We didn’t have a chance to try the on site restaurant or bar. Having a kitchen was nice to make our own breakfasts. Make sure to stop and buy your own sugar, cream, and coffee. Used coffee machine everyday. Very clean place. Comfy bed. Drawers for storage. Water was always hot even when two people showered at the same time. Ate at the Coralli at the Ritz Carlton for lunch right on the water and it was delicious. Also loved “farm” at Seven stars resort. Provali Neapolitan pizza is small but incredible!!! Host Jasmine was great and very responsive. The pool was never too busy and neither was the beach which we absolutely loved! Had the whole beach to ourselves most days! Also shopped at a local shop in Grace Bay called lemon 2 go and got some wonderful smelling perfumes and reed diffusers. Would definitely come back.

I could not have asked for a more convenient and beautiful place to stay while on vacation. The property manager texted me before I even landed to assist with check in. Check in was a breeze. I rented a car and there was sufficient and safe parking. The property was well maintained and having a pool was a bonus. The local beach was about a 15 minute walk and a 3 minute drive and Grace Bay was 10 minutes by car. I had an issue with the TV, which turned out to be an error on my end, and the property manager came in person to help me fix it and the owner, Pamela, called and left me a message later that night to ensure that the issue was remediated. I would not hesitate to recommend staying at Pamela and Paul's property. As a solo traveler, I value safety, comfort, cleanliness, and convenience and I have zero complaints.

This is a beautiful unit on a stunning property in a more quiet/secluded part of Provo. Everything was very well maintained and the amenities are fantastic (gorgeous pool, hot tub, ample lounge chairs at both pool and beach, and a great restaurant right on site)! The unit was perfect for our family of 4 and was fully stocked with everything you need (aside from groceries). You definitely need to rent a car as the property is about 25 min from the heart of Grace Bay/restaurants/shopping, etc. However, if you are looking for a quiet location without the crowds, you won't be disappointed! We had a wonderful stay at the Grandview! The location was amazing, right on grace bay and a 2 minute walk to the grace bay club that has amazing restaurants! Easy drive to a grocery store and more restaurants. The Grandview is super family friendly and the condo is spacious, clean, quiet and has beautiful views of the ocean. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would love to return!

Rachel was a great host. The condo is beautiful with all the necessary amenities, and the pool and beach were perfect for our two kinds. Easy communication and check-in. Highly recommended.

Amazing home and very responsive host. The location was secluded with enough privacy which we wanted, but it wasn't far from the beautiful beaches and restaurants in the other locations. The home was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay, including a beach cooler, umbrella, and chairs. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
