Vacation rentals with a patio in Grace Bay

I am no stranger to Turks Travels ... and have loved Carpe Diem condos for quite some time due to the location - easy beach walk and being right across from the police station and local shops ! Solo traveler and felt secure . Michael's place was better than the pictures - as it's very spacious , bright and beautifully beach appointed . Can't say enough good things about the king bed mattress - something to be said for sleeping fabulous on vacation ! One of my favorite things was the separate lobby area ( with a door to close if u choose ) that made you feel as if you could leave ur beach things right there and not deal with bringing them in your separate living space . Was a quiet week before Easter so all was serene and quiet within the condo complex ! Would be great to come back and enjoy again !

We would book here again! Overall, Nicole's lovely condo and the property as a whole exceeded our expectations. Everything was exactly as pictures and description. Extremely clean with everything we needed. Bonus was the heavy duty beach umbrella, which was needed with the strong winds. Quiet building, clean pools and clean hot tub. The property is very well cared for. Loved being on this level as we could just step off our balcony and be on the main deck or in the pool. Amazing view of the ocean from room. Good quality bed. Very safe area to walk to a couple of restaurants at Turtle Cove- Baci Restaurante was our fav. Sharkbites pub was nice for casual. Disappointed with Mango Reef - food and service not very good for the high price. Down on Grace Bay Beach our favs were The FARM, Somewhere Cafe, and Hemmingways. Neko was quick with responses to a couple of questions we had. Thank you Nicole and to Neko for his service. Rented car from Scooter Bob's = excellent company.

Wilbert and Christine were wonderful hosts who took very good care of us! They drove us to the supermarket and to the rental car place and always made sure we had what we needed. The best hosts I've ever had on airbnb!

Turks and Caicos is stunning in itself but Nancy and her beautiful home made our experience in Turks even more incredible. Her apartment is even better in person and in the perfect location for a relaxing vacation! From sitting on the balcony watching the sunsets to watching movies in the gorgeous music -themed living room, we knew we made the right decision in staying at this apartment. Nancy was incredibly proactive and responsive and even stopped by to say hello. She had a cold bottle of Prosecco and beers waiting for us when we arrived. My teenage boys loved the location for the ease of getting to the many local restaurants and the beach. We would love to return to Turks and if we do, we will absolutely stay in this same apartment again. It has everything that you could ever need in a home away from home. And above all, Nancy is an outstanding host!

Tim’s place was just as described the home was airy and equipped with all things you may need. The view from the front door overlooking the yacht’s and seating area was just perfect and so relaxing - The location was ideal ! No regrets.

This was a wonderful place to stay and for us... a definite 5 star! Yvetka had all the essentials for enjoying the beach! The condo was comfortable, clean, and had a very workable washer and dryer which was an awesome addition. Loved the kitchen as we brought food with us and also bought food in T&C for cooking! The condo also gets a BIG 5 stars for location, location, location! Fabulous for an easy walk from the condo to the cafe for great coffee (Turks Wave Cafe), wonderful restaurants, and the beach! An easy drive to Grace Beach downtown area. The location was also excellent for getting around the island with our car rental, as we visited many beaches that were mostly within 10-20 minutes away. Highly recommend checking out different beaches as each has it's own character. One of our favorites was Long Bay Beach! I had such a peaceful stay at Elizabeth's apartment. The apartment was quaint and very comfortable. The setting was incredibly tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The view of the ocean was beautiful, and I loved sipping my morning coffee on the patio. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind. It was close enough to everything you need but far enough away from the tourists. I can't wait to get back and this will be the only place we stay!

Had a great stay at Swan Villa. Neko was a great host and very communicative. Location was exactly where I needed to be. Had a few hiccups before my trip which Neko was very helpful with. Unit was clean, big bathroom and the ac worked well when needed. Will stay again!

We had an amazing time in Providenciales and this was largely due to our wonderful accommodations! Naomi's place was definitely more than advertised, and it screams modern but comfortable stay at the same time. Although it is close to the road, once you are inside you forget about everything on the outside. From the cute amenities in each corner of the rooms, to the design of each space within, you won't want to leave the property. And Naomi?! She was an excellent host! Gave us all the info we needed before, facilitated early check in to drop off our bags so we could peruse the town, and communicated with us throughout our stay. If you're reading this, definitely stay at her place, you won't regret it, and you won't regret having Naomi as your host!

Great place with a great host and property manager. The host and manager were very responsive to any messages sent. Beach is close by and the house is in the middle of everything you would need. The house location was surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of Grace Bay. Great place for kids. They loved the upstairs loft and pool. If we ever return, we would rent this place again.

The condo was exactly as advertised! King bed was so comfortable, big shower with great water pressure. The pool and patio were lovely. The Host was proactive and responsive and had great local recommendations. This is part of a duplex - so you will have neighbors sharing the pool and patio. There are beach towels in the unit and two chairs and two snorkels to share with the other unit. Great stay 10/10 would recommend 🤣

Jasmine was a wonderful host. She guided us to the property after Google led us astray. After initially booking the property, she reached out to answer any questions we might have which we had many since this was our first visit to the island. She had excellent recommendations about getting a rental car, snorkeling excursions and scuba diving. The property was immaculate and completely as described & photos. All kitchen appliances, flatware, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans available. Beds were perfect to sleep on and ample pillows. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living space. They had beach towels and beach chairs available for our use as well as a convenient buggy to tote them to the beach if you don’t have or don’t want to use your car. Ample parking spots available and close enough to walk to the Thursday night fish fry and the public beach access. All in all, an extremely positive experience and enjoyable vacation stay. Highly recommend!!

Just returned from eight days at Nina and Dale's beautiful home. From the time of booking throughout our stay, Nina and Dale were very responsive to all communications. The home is lovely, and the photos of the property are very accurate. It was easy to find from the hosts' detailed instructions, and we felt very safe there. The beds and pillows were comfortable; the air conditioning was cold; ample towels and toiletries are provided; and we particularly appreciated their reverse osmosis 5-gallon water cooler! We didn't use the pool, but we did enjoy the outdoor shower & spigot to rinse off before going in the house. The keypad for entry worked flawlessly, and the gate remote was very convenient. Several grocery stores are a few minutes' drive away, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking/grilling. Bight Reef/Coral Gardens was a few minutes walk, and the home is also very close to Grace Bay and Smith's Reef. Really an all positive experience. Thank you!

We stayed at this beautiful place for our honeymoon. It was the perfect private location with the pool and beach. We used the kayaks and paddle boards provided and enjoyed the beautiful Chalk Sound. My favorite beach, Sapodilla was just a 1 minute car ride / 5 min walk. We will stay here again!

This was a phenomenal stay, somewhere between a tasteful hotel experience and a comfortable home. Everything was super clean and the kitchen well-stocked. Russ was so friendly and responsive, check out was a breeze. Beds are super comfortable. The house space is well laid out and the pool was perfect for our young kids just learning to swim (lots of stairs). Five stars for cleanliness and beauty and comfort. Seriously well worth every penny.

Great place to stay! Small but cozy. Walking distance from the beach!

We had a fantastic stay! The location is excellent—just a few minutes' walk to a beautiful, quiet beach with TCI’s turquoise waters, plus shops for groceries, clothes, and gifts and several restaurants, including an excellent Italian spot. The complex is beautiful, with lush gardens and a gorgeous pool that we often had to ourselves. The unit was clean, well-decorated, and exceptionally well-equipped. The kitchen had every appliance and tool imaginable, along with items like tea, coffee, spices, condiments, paper towels, soap, and laundry detergent—far more than other guests we spoke to, who had none of these conveniences. We also had umbrellas and shelter for the beach, avoiding high rental fees, plus coolers and inflatables for the pool. We loved the ground-floor location, making it easy to wander in and out to the pool, and its peaceful spot at the end of the complex. In our opinion, it's the best unit in the complex. Amazing accommodation in a perfect location. Highly recommend!

My family and I have stayed at a number of AirBnb's (and before that VRBO's!) over the years and I can honestly say that this was the best one yet. Jennifer's place has been meticulously arranged. Everything possible was considered for fun in the sun, as well as comfort and ease within the space. From the floating hammocks to the plush linens, to her extensive guide book, Jennifer thought of everything one could need to have an incredible vacation and make lifelong memories. I really hope to come back someday! Thank you Jennifer!

Loved the stay! Easy walk to Shark Bite and Hideaway Cafe. Beach is an easy walk and all the beaches are close drive. Big balcony! Comfortable furniture. Helpful amenities. I cannot hear neighbors. Two pools are great and very close to room. Would stay again.

Nathan’s place was undoubtedly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was exactly as depicted in the listing. Upon arrival, we found the place clean and fresh, stocked with essential items as mentioned in the post. Even spices were available in the cabinet, eliminating the need to buy them for cooking. The restaurants within walking distance were pleasant. Although we regretted missing lobster season, that’s not Nathan’s fault. Haha! The beach was breathtaking, and we were grateful for the beach-friendly amenities provided while we didn’t use them, knowing Nathan had equipped the place for it sets it apart from others. Don’t forget the onsite pool! It’s a great place to relax when you’re not in the mood for the beach. Lastly, the screened-in porch was a welcome respite from the mosquitos. Be sure to bring repellent, as they were quite persistent during our stay. Our entire party thoroughly enjoyed Nathan’s place. We will be returning here!! 20/10.

great location, can walk to Baci, Shark Bite and Mango reef restaurants and more. Walk to Smith Reef for snorkeling, and only 10 minute or so drive to Grace Bay area. Beach supplies provided and you can also walk straight to Bight Beach out in front of resort. Room was very nice with a patio and has a pool 2 stories up with great views of sunset. Very pleasant stay, I would recommend!

The house was amazing!! It was a perfect amount of space for 2 couples. The location was perfect to the fish fry (11m walk/2 m drive) , beaches and many of the restaurants and lounges. We were within walking distance but chose to drive since we rented a car. The house was spotless and the pool was free most of our stay. Karen was very responsive when needed. The house has all the amenities you need as far as linens, beach towels, beach chairs, wagon, beach umbrella dishes, cookware, food storage containers etc. There was a grocery store less than a 7 minute drive away that had everything you would possibly need. The house had salt and pepper only so if you want additional seasonings you would need to purchase or bring with you. We had reservations at Blue Water and Aziza (10 minute drive) and both were great, atmosphere was 100 and food was delicious. I can go on and on about the property. Just book it!

We enjoyed staying at your place. Clear and accurate directions were provided so it was easy to find. The place was clean and close to local restuarants and shops Would definitely stay here again!
