The house was built by the Kelsey family in the 1930s after seeing the house featured in the 1933 Chicago World's Fair and has been completely renovated. Views of the lake from almost every room. Swan cottage also includes an 18' pontoon w/60 hp motor, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock from early May - late October (weather permitting). The cottage is dog friendly, however, yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable & doggie life vests.
