The loft consists of a large kitchen and living room with nice light. It also includes a large fresh bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom. There is access to a garden. Proximity to Delsjöns outdoor area and swimming area at Härlandatjärn. 12 minutes by bus to Gothenburg C and there is a tram from Östra Sjukhuset to Liseberg/Avenyn.

The apartment is close to everything, 500 meters to a nice swimming cove and beach promenade, 500 meters to the city center, shops, cafes, restaurants. 500 meters to cozy Gamlestan and Norra hamnen, 1 km to Havets hus. Keep it simple at this peaceful and somewhat centrally-located well appointed cozy studio apartment where you also will enjoy the private outdoor patio. A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️
