Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Welcome to our brand new villa X, which is located on a top of quiet hill that is overlooking nearby town of Split, sea and islands. Villa consist of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 4 bathrooms and amazingly big kitchen where you can prepare any meal of your dreams :) We our mostly proud on our terrace with heated pool that is overlooking sea, islands, nearby towns and villages and biggest town in Dalmatia - Split. Our brand new luxury villa Joy is located on a wonderful location with beautiful sights and maximum privacy and yet still very close to the all local points of interest. The villa is newly built for maximum comfort and luxury with 4 ensuite bedrooms and all other amenities you can need. Rooftop Apartment with stunning view

House is placed on a little hill and environment is very peaceful, it has great view (mountains on the north and sea and islands on the south) and its 600 m from the main road and buss station and about 800 m from the sea. There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.
