Monthly Rentals in Golitsa

One of the best places I’ve stayed at. You get a cozy comfy modern three-story house with a big garden in a nice safe neighborhood. Oksana and her family have been so lovely. It was a privilege to interact with them Good Wi-Fi and “A1” cell signal. There is regular bus service to and from Varna every day except Sundays. An ethnic store called “Sokoni” delivers good quality Indian groceries all over Bulgaria including Grozdyovo. The host family did so much to make my stay as comfortable as possible. We communicated OK through translation even though they don’t know English and I don’t know Bulgarian or Russian. Without me asking, they even bought a very nice new vacuum cleaner when I mentioned I was having problems using the old one. In fact I was using it wrong. I felt guilty about it, though the new one was nicer. Of course I recommended this.

I'm very happy with my choice to stay in this studio. New, spotless, great wi-fi, and mostly impeccable communication with the studio manager! Recommend unreservedly!

I had an amazing stay that unfortunatly only lasted 3 months. The staff is very helpful and friendly on the resort. The restaurant at the resort was very good and well priced. The internet was very fast and stable. Would recommend for sure!

I had a great time at Tatyana’s place. The location is really convenient for the town and beach and there are two big supermarkets not far away. The flat is comfortable and look just like in the photos. The internet worked well throughout my stay and Tatyana and her husband are helpful and friendly. Would stay again!
