Had a great stay. Home was very comfortable for us and we enjoyed everything. The weather didn’t allow us to try the pool but the water was clean and sparkling. Very impressed. Super great that we were able to check in early and get some groceries in the fridge. Thanks for a great stay!

Described well. Feels like a well treated home. Plenty of kitchen utensils and essentials. Keurig set with water, pods and sugar alternatives set out, and plenty of small touches made this a great experience. Beds soft, master bed softest. Multiple hair dryers. Candles around the home to add to spa like atmosphere. Lighters, tape, flashlights, first aid, all great things kept in this home. A few pool float choices. Plenty of seating/lounging options (brown loungers no longer present). Outdoor TV area is nice and covered during wet nights. Careful sharp plants around pool area (pulled some towel threads that got caught). Host guidebook well laid out. Covered car parking space was helpful. Check out instructions not overwhelming. Wish checkout was a little later naturally to get more time to enjoy, but it's a big property I'm sure it takes a lot of time to get it sparkling the way we found it upon arrival. Oh and pool was clean great temp. No unexpected visitors during our stay was good.

Great stay for long weekend! Place was so cozy! We didn’t want to leave! The backyard was so much fun! We can’t wait to book again. Ty was so accommodating. Best experience ever!!!!! 🤗

Copper House was fantastic for our group. Has pretty much everything you would need and grocery store is 1 minute away if there’s something you need. Pool was great. Beds were very comfortable. Easy checkout w/o many asks of the guests. Would absolutely rent again.

I couldn’t recommend this home enough! The house looks exactly like the pictures, and was very clean. The location was very ideal. Everything was super close which was convenient. The yard was amazing and offered nice privacy. Maureen was great and responded quickly to any questions we had. I’d love to come back again!!

Great house, the ac is powerful, humidity at the right level, beds are comfy we slept pretty good the pool is clean and refreshing for when it’s hot in AZ, there’s a lot of towels, coffee is amazing and there was some bread that was good with it, the host is nice and check in easy. I think it’s cheap for what you get, we had a good and relaxed week. there also a park a few blocks from the house that is pretty.

Deborah's place was terrific! We were in town for an event at Desert Diamond Arena, and her place could not have been more convenient. As advertised, it is the easiest of walks to both that arena and to State Farm Stadium. There are lots of restaurants very close by and many more that are a very short drive away. The house itself is exactly as advertised - three rooms with kings beds and assorted other rooms and sleeping spaces for the singles in your traveling party. Eight of us were quite comfortable, but there was room for a few more if we had needed it. Check-in and check-out both were very easy. Deborah also was an active communicator. We didn't have any issues, but we know it would have been easy to reach her if something had come up. So, if you're going to a game or a show at the stadium or the arena and you don't want to deal with parking and traffic, this is the place for you! But, even if you're in town for a different reason, you will enjoy this place.

Absolutely gorgeous condo in Avondale, just a 20 minute drive from Metro Phoenix. Condo is large, comfy, homey, and has everything you need. Parking spot right outside is awesome. Absolutely recommend.

Great stay for a short weekend trip in Phoenix. It had everything we needed and was easy to find and get inside.

We stayed at Sam’s place for a few days in June and will definitely be back if we are in the area again. The house was spotless and tastefully decorated and Sam was very helpful and responsive. 10/10 would recommend!

We really loved the house and the host was always responsive to my messages. The fridge ended up having to be replaced because the freezer and fridge wasn’t cooling. She responded very fast and sent a tech the next day. We were def happy with this house and would def go back

Gabriel was an exceptional host, so accommodating and always ready to help with anything we needed. Communication was easy and always so prompt, which made our stay stress free. He gave us such amazing local recommendations. The house itself was clean, cozy & had everything we needed, including some thoughtful snacks and super comfy beds. It truly felt like a home away from home. I can’t wait to plan my next trip back and stay here again. Highly recommend!

They were a blessing to us they let you have your privacy and ask if theres anything ya need beforehand. A big plus was that i had proposed to my girlfriend and she said yes i told them about it and they surprised us with a bottle of champagne on ice for us that just made the trip so much better they were very friendly and i would love to be here again for sure. Nickcole’s home is incredibly charming. The landscaping is adorable, and the interior is equally delightful. The pool was a nice touch, and the temperature was perfect. Each room had a spacious bed that comfortably accommodated my children and me. I particularly appreciated the baby essentials she provided, including a high chair, a toddler seat for the table, and a baby bed. And the labeling made everything easy to find. Overall, I found the place to be very kid-friendly. She also had a variety of floaties available for us to use. The location of her place is convenient, as it’s close to restaurants and grocery stores, which made it easier for us. If you’re planning a visit to Phoenix, I highly recommend Nickcole’s place.

Great stay! Perfect for four girls on a girls trip. We loved the pool and the beds were so comfortable. Beautiful kitchen and living room as well. The only request was it would be been nice to have all the couch cushions that were in the picture for the outdoor patio. Easy check in, great price.

Aurelio and Roxy’s home was exactly as described. I will definitely stay again in the future when visiting. My only recommendation would be to put TVs in the bedrooms.

Wonderful place. Great for young kids; there's never a downtime, as kids are always busy playing and swimming. The pool is great, the backyard is safe and secure, and you can keep an eye on the kids from inside the house. It is located in a great area with many other activities and restaurants. The house has very good air conditioning, as needed for Arizona weather. It is well-equipped for cooking inside and outside. Great for swimming and lounging at night. I'm not an Airbnb person, but my son and his wife are, and they rated this as a top-class unit, if not the best they have ever stayed in. The owners paid attention to detail, which made it great. Thank you, Shawn, for a great place to stay.

Great place for large family or group! Fully stocked kitchen (tableware, cook ware, spices, etc.) with plenty of room and part of a large open great room. Bedrooms are plenty, large and comfortable and bathrooms complete with lots of towels, soap, shampoo, etc. We loved all the games and outdoor space! We organized a ‘family olympics’ using all the toys and available games, and really enjoyed the pool area. Gas BBQ is very nice too. All in all a wonderful property that fit our needs and would stay again.

Rented this property to attend my daughter’s graduation from UAGC at the Desert Diamond arena. GREAT LOCATION! for that! Perfect place for the kids, everyone was so excited and the Barbie pics began. Pool was so nice to have for kids. Well stocked with linens and amenities. Ashley and her team was great to work with, really worked with us to make sure we had the accommodations we needed.

Our stay was amazing. We got into the area earlier than expected and were able to check in early. We used local recommendations to get some great chips/salsa/guac. The house was so beautiful and the pool was amazing and warm. The Arizona heat is no joke and the pool was a life saver!

Wonderful place to stay if traveling in Glendale/Phoenix area! The house was very spacious, clean, and accommodating. The host was very friendly and informative. And the pool was wonderful! Highly recommend!
