Red Mountain Cottage is beautifully and quietly situated on the edge of Carbost village, with stunning views overlooking Loch Harport and towards the Cuillin Mountains. This is a small, modern, but very well appointed cottage/cabin has been lovingly created to a high specification, including handmade beds and sills & a feature wall. The cottage sleeps 3, but is ideal for couples seeking a romantic break, as well as for sight-seeing, walking, climbing, fishing & kayaking. Children over 10 only.

Woodysend is a selfcontained extension to our house.Separate entrance, light & spacious kitchen, dining and living area with sofa bed that can accommodate extra guest/s. With double bedroom and ensuite shower room. Super views of Loch Harport from glass doors & decking. Ideally situated for exploring the island. Carbost village 1km with local shop, post office, cafes, pub & the famous Talisker Distillery. 5 min drive to Fairy pools, Talisker & Glenbrittle beaches and the magnificent Cuillins

Self contained cabin 3 miles from Carbost.

Heatherbank self-catering cabin is a minimum 3 night stay. It is located within the owners grounds 2 miles from Carbost. Due to location, transport is essential. A combined living/bedroom/kitchen area provides: a comfortable bed, drop-leaf table with 2 chairs , large cupboard, kitchenette containing: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, combi microwave/grill, airfryer and toastie maker. Additionally there is a walk in wet room and a shed for boots and bikes. Outdoor seating is provided. .

With its distinctive red roof and beautifully finished stone walls Hannah’s Cottage is the perfect couple's retreat on the romantic Isle of Skye. The cottage comes fully equipped with a modern kitchen, luxury shower room and full laundry. Cosy underfloor heating provides year round comfort in any weather. Guest can enjoy a glorious walk down the path through the adjoining croft land to the Penifiler shore enjoying views across Portree Bay and spectacular Quiraing and Old Man of Storr.

Recently renovated Cabin Cùil boasts stunning views over the Cuillin mountain range and Loch Harport. Situated in the idyllic township of Carbost, the Fairy Pools and Talisker Distillery are within a 10 minute drive with Portree just 25 minutes away. From the house, you can take a lovely coastal walk along the shores of Loch Harport. There's lots of places to eat nearby, including Café Cùil, The Old Inn & the Oyster Shed. Or enjoy a cosy night in beside the new wood burning stove!

Morrison Cottage, 8 Satran, Carbost, Isle of Skye

A short drive to The Fairy Pools, Mackenzie Cottage is a semi-detached cottage overlooking Loch Harport. Just along the road is Cafe Cuil featuring innovative use of local ingredients. In Carbost The Old Inn offers good wholesome meals after a day exploring. If whisky is on your plans take a tour of Talisker Distillery. Satran is a working crofting area therefore we do not accept dogs, including support. It is not possible to charge an electric vehicle on-site.

After living in many different places, I understand how important and difficult it is to find a nice, clean, spacious space that makes me feel comfortable and relax! No matter what weather or we don't want to go out, we still can enjoy view even if we sit in the house. So we decided to build Ardtreck.
