What can I say about Crow’s Hermitage that the other reviews haven’t already captured? If you’re considering other options—stop looking. You’ve found the perfect place. As many others have noted, the photos can’t possibly convey the enchantment that settles over you the moment you arrive. From the character of the home to the serene outdoor spaces to the thousand-year-old parish next door, it feels like stepping into the pages of a fairytale. When it comes to hosts, Colm is in a league of his own. He went above and beyond with directions, thoughtful recommendations, and any request we made. By the end of our stay, we didn’t just feel cared for—we felt like family.

We came away for a girls trip and had a really lovely time. David communicated well and answered my hundreds of questions on the weeks leading up to our stay! Getting in to the property was easy and Dara was super welcoming on our arrival, showing us around. The house is beautiful, clean and spacious. It is perfect for a group get-away! We had 11 adults booked on and the only thing I'd say was that it would be more suitable for 8 adults due to the size of the bunk bed. That being said, we all had an amazing time and would 100% recommend this Air BnB! Thank you so much.

We enjoyed our stay here. Each double bedroom had its own bathroom and there was a third toilet downstairs. The kitchen appliances were high quality. The whole place was high quality furniture and plumbing. The showers were great. Awesome place. I would stay here again and again.

Bon séjour chez Marie. La maison est grande et confortable. Son positionnement est top proche des magasins, lignes de bus... Marie est très réactive lorsque l'on communique avec elle. Je recommande son logement.

La casa es tal y como se indica en las imágenes, la ubicación es fantástica, a unos 10-15 minutos del centro en coche o Uber. Marie ha sido en todo momento muy amable y cordial. Pudimos salir más tarde de la hora establecida sin costo adicional. La casa es muy cómoda, dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días cómodos, no le falta absolutamente nada, tiene todos los electrodomésticos y menaje de cocina. En el baño hay gel, champú, papel higiénico de sobra. El entorno es muy tranquilo, un barril de casitas muy bonitas. Hay supermercados a 5 minutos. Muy recomendable, nos encantaría repetir el alojamiento si volvemos a Dublín.

We were so happy with our stay! The location was close to city Centre but far enough to escape the crowds. It worked perfectly for our group of 8. Deborah & her husband were so responsive. We had some unseasonably warm weather and they went out of their way to make sure we were cool & comfortable. We loved the Italian place just steps from the front door & the easy walk to the park in the morning. There was also plenty of stores nearby to grab a few groceries! We were so happy with our choice to stay at Deborah’s place while we were in Dublin!

As a solo traveller I felt safe in the cottage and in Skerries. This cottage is such a beautiful peace of Ireland and I was grateful to stay. Hoping to return next year.

We absolutely adored this beautiful home. Our entire family of 7 all thought it was the best Airbnb we had stayed in out of 6 places across England, Scotland and Ireland. This is a beautiful home and we felt right at home from the second we walked in. The amenities were perfect and because this is a family home, there were extras like spices, etc. They have made the effort for all the extra touches. The sun room was the most delightful room and brought us such joy. Nice and quiet neighborhood. We easily took the taxi into the city which did run about €30. Saajan was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would highly recommend this home for your stay!

Jim's place was everything we hoped for. Jim is such a kind, friendly man who makes you feel so welcome. We loved browsing Jim's many collections & meeting all his animals. The outside seating area was a huge bonus & as the weather was so good, we could have happily spent our day there. We only had 2 nights at Jim's but really hope to come back sometime and spend longer there

We had a fabulous few days staying at The Stables. Breda and Joe have a lovely country property. We love the goodie left for us from Breda. Scones and bread both home made. The cottage is so well equipped with most things you’d need to get by but a Centra only a few minutes away has lots of options. The bed was so comfortable as were the pillows and the fluffiest feather doona. The cottage is heated but we felt we didn’t need heating on as it’s very warm inside anyway but great if it turns cold. A bonus is the washer and dryer, we’d not been able to wash for several day so felt like all home comforts were covered. We loved the kitchen and dining area, great for preparing our meals. Breda has a vegetable and herb garden which she was happy for us to use, I made good use of salad stuff and herb. We got to meet Joe who was brings the horses back into the sheds, we got to see an 8 day old foal, such a highlight for me coming from Australia’s beach scene. We highly this place Fiona

We had a lovely stay at the Annex. The location is beautiful and peaceful - surrounded by green fields and grazing sheep, and is also a short drive from Navan, Ballymagarvey Village and sites like the Hill of Tara. The Annex itself was spotless and very comfortable. There was on-site parking, which was very handy. One of my favorite spots was the lovely side garden. It was the ideal place to enjoy a morning tea or coffee or just relax and take in the scenery. Our host, Fiona, was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. If you're looking for a relaxing escape in a picturesque setting, I highly recommend staying here.

Vivienne was very friendly and accommodating. She went out of her way to make sure we were settled and comfortable and was very happy to help with suggestions for things to do in the surrounding area. We had a lovely visit

Stayed here for a wedding in the Lyrath hotel which was perfect for us as it is very close by. Gorgeous cottage, very clean and had everything we needed. Marilyn was an excellent host would definitely recommend this place to anyone

Eamon est très accueillant et son logement est dans un quartier très calme avec aucun bruit. Le logement est accessible facilement via l' Aircoach depuis l'aéroport et le centre ville accessible à pied ou en bus. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour visiter Dublin.

A great location for a stay in Dublin area. Direct bus route to city center. Restaurants and grocery stores close by. Would definitely recommend this place.

Steve is a rock star of Airbnb hosts. He is proactive, warm, provides a wealth of worthwhile recs, and greets you upon arrival and reviews everything about the house and area. Wow. He was accommodating with our schedule, which we really appreciated. He left some snacks and the house was stocked with essentials. When I emailed, he responded ASAP. Amazing. The apartment is sweet and has a charm. Highlight was the patio as we were blessed with beautiful weather. Loved the sauna! The apartment building itself is worn as is the staircase in the building and the stairwell. Feels like typical city living, but the area is great and easily walkable to most things. Furthest walk was the jail at 30 min but otherwise most things about 15, and Guiness Storehouse is around the corner. Grocer, great bakeries and coffee shops right out the door. All in all, an excellent stay.

From the very start the communication was excellent. Clear instructions about everything. On arrival we were delighted the place was beautiful. Lovely big bed, comfy sofa and luxurious bathroom and most basics provided. Right on the beach with a gate down to. Felt like having your own private beach! We loved sitting on the patio looking at the sea. BBQ and all equipment for was provided on request and Jason even tried to rescue us from a sudden rain shower with a parasol. Kayaks and life jackets on site but we were too lazy to use in the end but hope to next time. Pretty town within walking distance and other picturesque towns within driving distance. Mary and Jason work hard to ensure everyone is well looked after without being invasive. Thanks so much for making our well needed break so relaxing. I recommend to anyone for a chilled experience.

What a lovely stay! Darrah’s air bnb is clean, comfortable and cosy, and truly the nicest location, we found it easy to get around, we didn’t have the time to hang out in the bar below but everyone was really friendly, and we didn’t have any noise issues at all.. Howth is a beautiful place and would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful 3 days staying at Phil's lovely apartment in a beautiful location. It is well equipped with little quirky touches. Enjoyed the walk into Malahide and back via the stunning castle. There are regular buses running to and fro if required. The castle tour is excellent. Had the bonus of great weather so it was lovely to dine outdoors. Will definitely return and won't hesitate to book Phil's apartment. It was perfect.

Claire’s place was great! It’s close to many Dublin attractions was quiet and comfortable each night. Claire was very responsive and helpful throughout the check-in and checkout process. We had issues with getting online after landing in Ireland, and she was very quick to reply and help us get checked in.

Wonderful peaceful retreat outside of Dublin. It had everything we needed. We loved the surroundings. The hosts were so friendly and responsive!

David ist ein toller Gastgeber, war sehr hilfreich und immer gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt fur 1-2 Personen, insbesondere für Selbstversorger, um Dublin zu erkunden. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Cafés sind in Laufweite. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat sollte berücksichtigen, dass die Unterkunft an einer Hauptstraße liegt und der Verkehr gut zu hören ist, was für mich aber kein Problem war. Ich würde wieder dort übernachten.

Fabulous property in a great location. Easy walk to Kilkenny which is an excellent place to visit! Marian was an excellent host. Very responsive and happy to give tips on places to visit. Definitely recommend!
