This self contained West End Hideout is part of a converted lower level Family Townhouse located in the heart of Glasgow's famous West End with it's own secure access and is only a stone's throw away from Botanic Gardens.THE LOCAL AREA has a good mix of small independent shops and quality high street names. It is a foodies' haven with two specialist cheese shops, butchers,whole-food shops, numerous delicatessens and stores such as Waitrose and Marks & Spencer are all within a very short walking distance. There are also wonderfully atmospheric second hand book shops, vintage and retro clothing stores, gift shops, jewellers and of course plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and bars.There are a wide range of places to eat from great value budget to widely acclaimed, well established restaurants. Five of Trip Advisor’s top ten restaurants in Glasgow are all within a 15 minute walk. Nearby Ashton Lane is great for visiting during the day and evening for shopping, coffee, eating, drinking and catching a film at the local Grosvenor Cinema. Fully refurbished garden flat with its own entrance. (Note that main entrance to the apartment is per garden off the lane at the back of the house, postcode G12 9LZ). The cobbled lane has street lighting, a number of mews cottages and is widely used especially during the day. Living room/ kitchen has full cooking facilities as well as washing machine and iron/ board. Bedroom is split into main area and alcove with a mattress on floor, could be used by 3rd person (eg child) by agreement.

We have been up and running for 18months now really loving having people here. We converted the old barn on the upper level 2 years ago. Homemade jam ,fresh eggs on arrival etc It has its own access . you are totally private ., We are in the middle of scotland! If its your 1st time allow at least 2 days to visit the area ,wether its Stirling/Doune Castle or Dunblane ,Bannockburn ,the Highlands, loch Lomond. the famous golf course of Gleneagles is 15 minutes up the road. The list is endless!
