Cozy and spacious newly decorated cottage. 3 bedrooms in the main house + 1 in annex. Inside: Well-equipped kitchen, good beds, and playroom. Outside: Enclosed garden, sandbox, fire pit, several terraces with outdoor furniture, barbecue and firewood for free use. In the quiet summerhouse neighborhood there is a large playground with, among other things, a cable car. Centrally located in relation to the Lion Park in Givskud, Legoland and Lalandia in Billund. 5 km to the beautiful nature and fishing area around Rørbæk lake.

Relax in this unique and quiet home with views of Vejle Fjord, fields and forests.The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Keep in mind that the stairs to the 1st floor are a bit steep, and there's not so much space around the double bed. Outside there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.

Cozy annex in the woods

The small yellow annex is located in the middle of the beautiful countryside. It is quiet here and the deer graze happily in the garden when the day wakes up. The wood stove is nice in the old house, and from the loft there is a view of meadows and fields. In the main house, Philip, Helene, Asger (4) and Axel (2) live together with our two happy dogs (female). There are 2 km to Bryrup, where the lake, tennis courts or the old veteran course can entertain. Double bed upstairs and sofa bed downstairs. 1 large room.

In the winter months, it's a good idea to bring slippers. Fishing: fish in Funderå from our meadow (bring your own fishing rod) 4 km to put and take Mountain bike/road: 5 km on gravel road and forest path to the famous MTB track in Silkeborg Vesterskov. 15 min by car to Silkeborg BIKEPARK. Hilly and suitable road terrain.

What makes the house special is that it is very quiet and peaceful and close to nature. Furthermore, it is very easy to park and enter the house. It is also dog-friendly and child-friendly. It is a rustic old house and you can easily find a cobweb or a little dust if you look, but is otherwise nice and clean. The beds are good and there is a good kitchen where you can eat. It's a clinic floor. In the living room there is a fireplace and good sofas.
