Log cabin in rural idyll near Jönköping

Log cabin from the 17th or early 18th century, renovated in 2017. Beautiful surroundings, a hiking trail, many small trails and waterways, mountain bike trails and views close by. About a 10 min drive to Elmia and 15 min to Jönköping city. Simple and quiet accommodation in the middle of nature, with wood stove and patio in the west. On the property there are also sheep, chickens, dogs and a cat. In summertime there is also cows and horses within walking distance. Sheets and towels are on site. Breakfast is not included.

The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house stands in and the insulation is shavings from the floors and walls. For us, it's organic and local important to take care of.

One bedroom with a luxury bed for two and one room with a very comfortable foldable bed sofa for two and a kitchen area. Wood stove sauna, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The host lives in a house about 50 meters further away from the beach. The kitchen is for simple cooking, the use of a frying pan is not allowed, but charcoal barbecue is available.
