Lindsey was awesome to work with. She went above and beyond providing my family with a high chair for my little one. Over all rate this property and location a 10/10. Next time we go in vacation we will be rebooking!!!!

Casie's home worked great for our large family. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the walkability to restaurants in downtown Gilbert. We were able to use the well furnished kitchen to cook some meals as well. Casie was always quick to answer any questions we had. We definitely would stay here again!

Polo has a beautiful home, it worked perfect for our family and friends! The house was spotless in every way. Polo was very quick to reply to each of our questions and requests. We will absolutely consider staying here again. Thank you so much!

I would say this was an “above and beyond” experience. The hosts thought of literally everything. Our family is a mix of adult to young adult, college age and toddler. We were SO comfortable. The house is pristine. Beds are comfy. Screening services on upgraded Rokus easy to sign into. Very easy for everyone to feel at home. Just a 1-2 minute drive from awesome restaurants and ice cream and shops. We loved culinary dropout for brunch and Oreganos for Italian. Only about 20 min drive to old town Scottsdale which was a cool experience. We highly recommend the house. Beautiful pool, yard and grill area. The hosts are responsive and show they care that you’re happy in your rental experience. Thanks Doug and Renee!!!

Property exactly as pictured and described. It was perfect for our family vacation, pet and child friendly. The indoor and the outdoor kitchens were awesome for family gathering! Jennifer was an exceptional host and communicated issues and solutions readily.

Staying at Angie‘s is so peaceful we love the pool. We love just hanging out there the whole time. We love the kitchen. It’s roomie. We enjoyed so much that we’re going to be booking it 3 time She’s very hospitable and accommodating in every way possible. Thank you Angie for a wonderful stay.

We loved our stay, we had lots of room and enjoyed cooking and ordering in some nights to enjoy the house and view.We loved paddle boarding and hanging out at the pool. We didn’t want to leave! Area is very peaceful and easy to get to restaurants, coffee etc. We will book again for sure!

Seriously, if I could rate Lisa's place 10 stars, I would. Such a peaceful paradise, House is amazing, the playground for my daughter, the pool, and the view of the mountains. it is better than what we hoped for. As for the host, Lisa is absolutely amazing, and I can't wait to go back.

The house was perfect. Bradley had thought of everything and it was just like being at home. He was also quick to respond to my questions. Everything was very clean and well organized. Will definitely book this house again!

10/10 experience! Excellent home. No bait and switch here. The listing was exactly as described in pictures and words. In fact, it was even better seeing it in person. Our host Kristie was extremely accommodating. Kristie went above and beyond in her generosity and thoughtfulness. She allowed a small gathering to celebrate a college graduation and a birthday. I wanted for nothing while in the home. So many personal touches from a handwritten birthday card to me and another for my son who graduated, to kitchen equipment, phone chargers and doggie treats. The house is immaculate. The furniture inside and outside the home was extremely comfortable. The outdoor pool/patio/yard was also well equipped which allowed us to not be confined to just indoor activities. There was something for everyone. Kristie was easy to communicate with and was prompt in responding. I would highly recommend this home and I WILL be booking this home again. Host Kristie for the win!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Brian’s home was exactly as listed & was very comfortable for our family. The layout worked well, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the outdoor pool/patio area was Beautiful! We would definitely stay here again and will recommend Brian’s home to our friends.

We stayed at Sam’s place for a few days in June and will definitely be back if we are in the area again. The house was spotless and tastefully decorated and Sam was very helpful and responsive. 10/10 would recommend!

This was a great stay. So many great places in the neighborhood from restaurants to shopping plazas. Fry’s grocery was 3 mins down the road and they had everything. (including liquor- ex: Patron, Wines, Mixers) The neighborhood was also very chill and peaceful. Would definitely book again. 😁

We had a great overnight stay at Kevin’s home! The place was clean, quiet, and exactly as described. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. It was a comfortable stop during our trip—thanks for hosting us!

Home was beautiful with a great backyard. Located in a great area where you can go to the park or shopping! Beds were very comfortable and had tvs in every room. Our hosts were responsive and flexible! Definitely will visit here again.

We had a great stay!! Everything was as the pictures. We were in town for my daughter’s birthday and she felt like the house was a mini resort just for her haha! We’ve stayed in the area many times and this was one of the best! The pool was lovely and we felt right at home! We would recommend and stay again!

Great house with a nice backyard and pool. Loved walking around the neighborhood. Neighbors were very quiet. The house is nicely decorated and free of clutter. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels for us, including pool towels. The waffle bar is a fun addition and of course, we had to try it! We didn't use it, but it was nice to have garage access. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful! The house was easy to find and access, and there was a spa vibe when we arrived. It was well maintained and had just about every amenity you could need, including a yoga mat and bicycles for every size family member. The hosts were communicative and friendly, and I appreciated the proactive and thorough instructions throughout the house. One huge bonus for this house was the park across the street. There was a big play structure, pickle ball courts, and a basketball court. Overall the place was quiet and comfortable and the hosts were very accommodating. Some awareness items: there were three community pools located in the neighborhood. We walked to two of them and they did not appear to be heated so swimming was a no go. Also, no lounge chairs were available at the pool sites so they are truly just for swimming. Because the house is near an airport there was early morning flight noise. Even with that the place was peaceful. We would love to return to ‘Park House’!

We rented this Airbnb because it was right near our daughter, son in law and grandkids. Grandparents need their space too. There are a lot of things to do within 20 minutes if not less. The pool was great and refreshing. The house was immaculate and well maintained. The snacks were a welcomed surprise. I highly recommend people to rent this location.

Pictures do not do this Gem justice! The entry way up the hill, as soon as you park the view, walking up the stairs opening that door into the WHOLE VIEW! Views from every angle. Can’t wait to go back! Thank you Carla🩷

Conner was super responsive and helpful. We asked if he had a crockpot ( he didn’t) but one was delivered in about an hour. He answered all the questions that I had and was super polite. This was the perfect house for our youth volleyball team. We especially enjoyed the pool and slide.
