Monthly Rentals in Genoa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Daniel's place. Unique architecture, and great repurposing of a classic old brick building in a quaint "Americana" town. Less than a block to multiple dining options, and he and his wife generously provided wonderful dessert pastries, and every coffee option, even though you are right over their coffee shop that sells everything they gave us! Will certainly look forward to staying here again at any opportunity! (We stopped at the local arboretum and gardens as they recommended as we left, and urge anyone who stays here not to miss the beauty of that experience while staying as their guests.)

Property was clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable, the ambiance was functional yet comfortable. Overall it was perfect for my needs as a one night stop on a long roadtrip.

Kodie is an amazing host! You can tell a lot of time and attention was put into this place!!! I would give ten stars if it were an option. Thank you Kodie!!!

Where do we begin? Was it the great communication with Daniel? The beautiful street? The stunning house? The spotless, Beautifully furnished interior? The standard of the furnishings? How safe and secure we felt? Any of my these qualities could come 1st on the list of things that made our stay so perfect. We loved every part of our stay and can’t wait to stay there again.
