Unfortunately, we didn't get to meet Günther, but his wife. She was an amazing host. We were greeted with our house names at the front door. 😊 In the fridge, there was a bottle of summer beer, a bottle of sparkling wine, candies, chocolate and a large piece of Frisian cake for us. Simply fantastic!!!! The apartment and terrace were a dream. Magnificent view of the Larreelter Deep. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful week. The house has all the comforts, including a very nice kitchen. Also nice was the sun in the front garden, where we could have breakfast quietly. The location is nice and quiet, so we were able to sleep really well. In the area we enjoyed the nature, the tranquility and the friendly people. The reception was warm and personal, even our dog Bettie received a warm welcome. All in all recommended, we will definitely come back. Finally, I would like to mention Dokkum, a very nice town with special shops and good restaurants. Thank you Coen and Anne (and Marianne) for this beautiful, wonderful week. We spent a weekend with two families including four children. Location is beautiful, quiet yet close to all amenities. The accommodation is very complete and equipped with every comfort. The children have enjoyed the space with table tennis table, pool table and shuffleboard for hours. Ideal when it was raining outside. The horses outside were also very popular with the children. The sauna and plunge pool for the parents made the house complete. Mieke is very hospitable and gave us good tips for the surroundings. We had a fantastic weekend. The kids can't wait to go again. I had a wonderful stay at Kerstin's place! The apartment was very quiet and perfectly equipped, there was really everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially want to highlight the cleanliness of the place, I felt at home from the first moment. My dog also felt right at home! Kerstin is an incredibly friendly and helpful host who was always available. I can absolutely recommend the place and will be happy to come back!
