Welcome to our old farmhouse, of which a part of the former stable has been transformed into an atmospheric B&B. Particularly furnished with a lot of art on the wall and a well-stocked bookcase. You have a private entrance with cozy living room, bedroom and private shower/toilet. There is television, with Netflix and You Tube. AN EXTENSIVE BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. Our cozy B&B located on the Spanjaardslaan. One of the most beautiful streets of Leeuwarden. In three minutes you walk through the Prinsentuin to the center of the historic city of Leeuwarden. The guest house is located behind the house from 1906 and has a private entrance, a living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The guesthouse is completely self-sufficient. Due to the combination with the cozy living room and kitchen, the guest house is ideal for a family or group of four friends.

Buiten aan het water je eigen terras. Ook geschikt voor groeps werk met een grote werk tafel. Vintage dus mooi, oud en gezellig. Maar niet spotless.

Leeuwarden is 'by far' the prettiest city of the Netherlands! And it's only a 3 minutes walk to the city center. This 100 year old, cute house is located in the peaceful and quiet Vossenparkwijk. The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden.
