Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Garfield Township

We loved our stay at the Hoxie Homestead. The location was central to all of northern Michigan’s cute towns and beaches. The property was clean and well laid-out. Loved the decor, and the master bed was super comfy and soft. The hot tub and sauna were perfect. We would certainly stay again.

Very Clean, Clear instructions, Easy to find and we were able to bring out 2 Small dogs with us.

Kelsey’s home was perfect for our family’s stay while we were in town for a wedding! We were especially pleased with how clean it was and the number of kitchen amenities which made it easy for us to cook several meals in during our stay. She also had some great recommendations for local spots (restaurants, activities, etc.) to check out. Would definitely recommend her place for your family’s trip to Traverse city!

The house worked great for what we needed! The hot tub does have a leak so we had to fill it up with water when we arrived and wait for it to warm up before using. Worked great after! House had everything we needed and conveniently located close to town. The road is a little busy and the road noise is quite loud, but not annoyingly loud. Zack was easy to work with and overall was great!

We had an excellent stay and experience! The hot tub was clean and private which made for a relaxing getaway. The location is close enough to downtown TC so we had easy access to great restaurants and the house is also conveniently close to the TC trail system, so we had the best of both worlds! Also, Bethany was super responsive to our questions and replied immediately. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

It was a beautiful setting. Attached to the winery but on the back side so we had privacy too.

My husband and I had a great stay in this beautiful oasis! We enjoyed being out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Traverse City. Angela was great to communicate with and proactively addressed any needs we had. The unit was clean, the bed was comfortable and the view and beach were amazing!

Great stay in an adorable, walkable town. Plenty to do, great food and drinks in a beautiful location on the bay. Would highly recommend and would revisit. Perfect stay.

Love, love, LOVE this little apartment! It was so homey and cute. Handicap accessible, which is a must for us on this trip. My SIL could easily navigate her mechanical chair through the area as it was so open. The beds ended up being too high to move my SIL in and out of, but the pull out couch was perfect height. All the beds were so comfortable- we all commented on how it was the best sleep we’ve all had in a while. Stacey was super awesome to work with and quickly responded to messages. Easy check in process. And, we could walk to the softball tournament. The only bummer is that we didn’t have enough time to walk to the art fair next door. We walked to the park, walked to get ice cream & Starbucks- great location! Strict 10pm “quiet time” was a non-issue: we were so tired every night, we went straight to bed. Great stay in Traverse City. Thank you, Stacey and Roy!

So fun for our family of 4. We enjoyed the lake and cozy accommodations. Can hear people walking and talking upstairs, which were used to and felt right at home. Thoughtful instructions made everything clear. All was spotless and clean. A real treasure!

We had a great time staying at Victoria’s Sutton’s Bay retreat! Her place was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect… across the street from the beach, boutiques and restaurants as well as easy to drive to wineries and all of the wonderful towns. We had the pleasure of meeting Vicky. She was readily available if we needed her help and to answer any questions. We highly recommend this Air B&B and hope to return!

You cannot beat the location of this place if you’re wanting to experience downtown traverse city. My husband and I were able to run out for a quick coffee, walk to the water, visit a restaurant or bar and stop back to change/whatever without worrying about it. The place was clean and Jaime was very responsive with any question we had. He also had simple check out instructions. There’s a free parking spot included which was also wonderful. Def recommend!

This place was AMAZING! So clean, had everything we needed, and very well stocked! We will be staying here again when we return to Traverse City.

We loved our stay! The listing was exceptionally clean and amenities were as described. We enjoyed the location and having a coffee shop and (delicious) burger joint in walkable distance was a great bonus! The view of the beach and water right off the private balcony was wonderful and having a heated pool/hot tub combo right on property made this an ideal booking for our family. We’d come back and would recommend to others!

Fantastic place! Some of the most proactive and thoughtful hosts. The space was great for two couples, much like two adjoining hotel rooms with a common area. Great location to get to everything TC and mission peninsula. Thanks for the great stay!

This was our first time to Traverse City and we lucked up finding this condo on the beach/water! It was decorated so cute with modern/clean touches. Very easy to enter/leave with press-lock. The bed is SO comfortable. We were very appreciative of the 'Welcome' book with recommendations of things to do/places to see around Traverse. Would definitely book here again!
