Small 19th century house in tranquil rural setting.

Idyllic house with a lot of feeling on our property. Quiet and natural, yet close to much. 4 sleeping places on common sleeping loft/upper floor, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. Approx. 4 km to swimming. 27 km to Kalmar/Ölandsbron 24 km to Mönsterås There are bedclothes, towels, soaps and toilet paper. Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise there is a cleaning fee of 500 sek. The entire house is for the guests and warmly welcome to use the garden with outdoor furniture, swing, children's kitchen and trampoline.

About 200 meters to Kalmarsund and the area's own bath. About 500 meters to Revsuddens harbor and camping, boathouses where you can sit and have coffee. Close to the property you can hike, bike, paddle in Kalmarsund and the archipelago Country store in Rockneby about 9 km. In my family, we care about the environment and eat organically.

Guesthouse at 35m3 and loft approx. Each own house is next to it. The house is only available for two adults. We live 10 km from Borgholm. The guesthouse is located on 2.5 hectares of private forest land. Price p/night is incl. Bed linen and swimming, kitchen towels. Arrival after 3pm departure before 10am. Our guests are not allowed to accommodate their own guests. There is no electric car charging at the guesthouse. The nearest charging area can be found in Köpingsvik (6km). Guests leave the guesthouse clean after themselves.
