This industrial-style, double-volume loft has high ceilings and exposed brick walls with a relaxed local feel. The comfortably furnished duplex apartment sleeps two and is suitable for both corporate travelers and holiday makers. The bedroom and bathrooms are upstairs, with open-plan living area on the lower floor. There are two large balconies, one on each floor. The vast open-plan apartment features soaring ceilings, a blend of industrial finishes and boutique design, and pops of color throughout, as well as a spiral staircase to a raised bedroom. Amazing Space

The apartment is large, sunny, surrounded by trees, has a big balcony with views of city and mountain. 1 double room. A comfortable home with couches, books, and fibre wifi. The kitchen has gas stove, fridge and washing machine. The location is suburban but close to town, a few blocks to bus stops, trendy restaurants, parks, coffee shops. Fireplace in winter and/ or gas heater for R20 extra per day. I live downstairs, but privacy is yours. If you are bringing pets please discuss before arrival.
