Monthly Rentals in Garden District, New Orleans

Loved our stay--once again. We never tire of Cathy's place, which is beautiful and spacious and well-placed in town...really perfect for us. And she could not be easier or more pleasant to deal with. She also finds ways to make things even better, which seems impossible given how great the place is already. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thanks, Cathy!

Nice location close to the Streetcar, St. Charles Avenue, and Magazine Street. The space itself is small, but it was perfect for the two of us. Clean and cute. We loved the screen porch. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

This place was great for us during our trip to New Orleans. It is in a nice, peaceful neighborhood, and we were within a short drive of everywhere that we wanted to visit.

A real gem close to great food and drinks. The place was quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The door code was easy to remember. The beds were also comfortable. I was very happy with my stay!!! I would 100% recommend this gem of a place.
