Things to note 1 We have a young family and your room is adjacent (although not accessible from our space for your privacy) to our wonderful often noisy life, there is insulation, white noise, and a TV to buffer, and they do this quite well, we are asleep/quiet between 9pm and 7:30am 2 We are on a busy road, so there is some traffic noise 3 We are centrally located between Boise, Garden City, and Eagle. If you like skiing, Bogus Basin Ski Resort is 22 miles away. Many restaurants, shopping and social gathering places close by. This house is a comfortable modern home located in a quiet neighborhood.
