Inga has a beautiful 3 bedroom home which was prefect for our family of four. It was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. All the essentials throughout the home made our stay easy, fun and efficient. It is about 20 mins from reykjavik, so car/taxi is important for transportation. The taxi service is quick and easy. There is a beautiful golf course next to the home. And the best was seeing the northern lights right from her back deck. We enjoyed our stay and I definitely recommend it to others.

This place had everything we needed for a group of 6 (3 couples). The place was very clean and spacious. We were able to cook meals and lounge around the space easily. The area and Airbnb was quiet, never heard anything from neighbors. We were able to walk to groceries and bakery. Perfect location to get to locations in city and out of city. We were able to drive ourselves and take the bus to the city, both easily done from Airbnb. Jona was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Highly recommend this space for your Iceland adventure!!

Daniel's place was very homely and had everything we needed. it was lovely and warm and felt quiet. daniel was generous sharing his books and CDs etc and was friendly andsuper responsive to any questions. we loved all the artwork and it was great to stay in such an individual and creative flat. we felt very at home.

John's apartment is spacious, clean, tidy, elegant, and has everything you'll need and more, and John is a friendly and proactive person The area is quiet, clean and classy

Great apartment, loads of room. Grocery 10 minutes walk away, city centre 30 mins walk away. Host very quick to respond to queries. We had a lovely time.

Fabulous base to explore Reykjavík and surrounding area, including the Golden Circle. Walkable to all sites in Reykjavík. Free parking was a bonus. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, great WiFi. Highly recommended

This house was a wonderful place to stay. Centrally located and easy to get around to the major sites and Reykjavik. The neighborhood is very quiet and family friendly. Lots of walking paths everywhere and close walk to the lake. Stunning scenery all around! The house was very modern which was cool, definately fully equipped, and the hot tub was especially fun and therapeutic. Kjartan was very helpful and responsive during our stay. This home away from home comes highly recommended, as does the country of Iceland itself and the people. It's amazing!

Asta was so helpful with local recommendations, and her house was clean welcoming. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips. The sauna and hot tub were great for relaxing. The location was perfectly central for exploring the Reykjavik peninsula.

We stayed here for our last night in Iceland to get to our flight the next day. Sunna's place is clean, neat, and cozy stay for all your short-term Reykjavik needs. Also, the neighborhood was really nice, peaceful and walkable. Overall, we had a great stay here!

This AirBnB was perfect for our family of 6! We all had our own bedrooms (2 couples, 2 singles) and enough common area to spread out, if we wanted. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and Inga even left a welcome basket of snacks and breakfast items! The place also has a washer & dryer, which we used after swimming, twice! The heated floors were a God-send during the December cold. We had an electrical issue and they promptly got an electrician out to fix it. Worked perfectly after that! The location is at the end of a street in a quiet neighborhood. There is a walking trail close by but we never used it because we visited in December and it was too cold for us. Other amenities are available at the house, like a hot tub and outdoor living area, but we did not use those because of the cold weather. They look like a wonderful addition for a warmer-weather visit. I highly recommend this location and the wonderful hosts!!

What a great place. We really enjoyed our stay here. Lots of room for everyone and such a great location - not far out of the city but very peaceful and beautiful. The favourite of the Air Bnb's we booked for our Iceland trip!

A beautiful and peaceful place in a neighborhood of new construction, far enough away from the crowd and tourists downtown but close enough to get there in 20min by car when desired. Easy access to the Golden Circle. Was perfect for my family and having two bathrooms was particularly nice. Communication was always quick and excellent.

Staying at Viktoria’s place was a dream & she has honestly been the most friendly, helpful and responsive host. Would definitely stay here again when we are back.

This place is out of the heart of downtown Reykjavik but if you have rented a car it is worth the money for the space. The listing is spot on, rooms are sizeable, the kitchen and living room is open concept and large. We felt at home here and our host was responsive with some of our questions. I would recommend staying here on vacation.

Absolutely amazing place and hosts! From the initial communication to the checkout process, everything was seamless and perfect. The apartment is easy to find, clean, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. It is located close enough to the city for easy access to shops and restaurants, yet far enough to enjoy quiet and peaceful surroundings, offering the best of both worlds. We felt so comfortable throughout our stay and appreciated the extra touches (e.g., local recommendations, amenities, etc.). Overall, this is one of the best stays we've ever had, and we'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Iceland!

Stayed here for two nights with my boyfriend and a few of his family members and had THE BEST time! Olof’s place is GORGEOUS, spacious and was super comfortable for our group of 6 people. She even made it possible for us to arrive a few hours early and stay a bit late which was so greatly appreciated after an overnight international flight! The location of the unit is excellent and the beds and furnishings are top notch comfortable! We especially appreciated Olof’s local guidebook and dining recommendations. We are already planning our next visit to Reykjavik and will 100% stay at Olof’s place if it’s available! Thank you Olof for hosting us! You’re the best!!!

Helgi was an excellent host, always accommodating and incredibly responsive. He made sure to check in regularly to ensure everything was perfect. The house is spacious, beautiful, and impeccably clean, with a perfect location that allows you to walk everywhere. The famous hot dog stand is right in front of the building, yet it’s still wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The backyard is the perfect setup for a barbecue, and the pantries are fully stocked, making the stay even more convenient. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Reykjavik!

We loved Hildigunnur's place! She met us there which was really nice as you don't always get to meet your host. It is a lovely cosy place and we felt right at home straightaway. It is very secure, private and quiet. The beds were lovely and comfortable. Plenty of hot water - the sulphurous water smell is common across Iceland - where there's hot water there is sulphur! The apartment is in a really convenient spot, walkable to the centre of Reykjavik and also there's free parking if you have a car. You're also close to the main highway if you want to drive along the Golden Circle. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Iceland! Thank you Hildigunnur!

I cannot recommend this condo enough. This was a great place right outside of Reykjavík that allowed us to quickly go into town and provided a great jumping off point for our tours. The condo was welcoming and very clean - it is exactly how the photos and description describe it. The amenities were great, and the laundry was wonderful after long days. Also, Hannes was a phenomenal host. He allowed us to check in early because of an early morning flight, and was extremely responsive to any question I had. I cannot wait to return and rebook this condo. I cannot recommend it enough. Thank you Hannes for your hospitality!
