I absolutely loved this Airbnb. The apartment is clean, spacious, well equipped, and comfortable. What made my stay so special was how welcoming and friendly Alena and her family were. Thank you.

We chose this apartment because it looked child-friendly and it was. Our 1-year-old son felt at home instantly and he found the vast selection of toys available in the children's room. We were very pleased with the tidiness and cosiness of the place, as well as all the available amenities, such as the fully equipped kitchen. You could easily fall in love with nature around Poprad, and Oto and Valerias' apartment only added to this experience, allowing us to rest calmly after our hikes. They answered quickly for all my messages and requests. It was not easy for us to set the date of our travels, due to weather conditions we had to postpone and rebook to a week later because we wanted our son to enjoy nature on his first travel abroad, but communication went smoothly and Oto understood our request to change plans. The only suggestion is I would prefer full doors without glass parts to allow for better sleep for children by blocking the sunlight. All in all this is an amazing apartment!

Veronika is a great host! She responded quickly and helpfully leading up to and throughout the stay. The apartment itself is easy to locate and Veronika gives clear instructions on how to enter the property. the interior design is super creative and looks exactly like the photos! The only downside to the apartment itself was that the fridge-freezer wasn't turned on when I arrived so it needed time to cool down, but it cooled down quick enough to keep my fresh. The location was a 30min walk from city centre which was fine for me but there are plenty of Dott (Tier) scooters to get around too within the city area. From the main train station, you have the electric train (TEZ) to various areas in the Tatras mountains, as well as the national rail to other towns and cities across the country.

We loved the place, the view is extraordinary. It’s peaceful and quiet and you can get to the best hiking destinations easily. Valeria (the host) is really helpful and gives all the information that you need. Also, this apartment was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed through Airbnb.
