Very nice stay, in a beautiful and peaceful environment. Very small and comfortable accommodation, well renovated, clean, and nicely decorated. Perfect location for visiting the area, close to a beautiful beach, and Connemara Natural Park. Terry was a host who listened to our needs, and the exchange with him was nice and friendly, we really enjoyed his hospitality. In short, a perfect stay, we would recommend it without hesitation!

One of the best bnbs you can ask for, perfect lakeside retreat. Want to get back to see how the winter there looks like. Patrick has been very responsive to all my queries and had kept the place so well. Thanks again for hosting

The cottage and the location were beautiful and Des was great. We used it has a home base to see the Cliffs of Moher, the Burren, Bunratty castle and Ennis. We would definitely recommend it. It was beautifully furnished with lots of historic touches. The grounds were also beautiful and peaceful

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in the Gameskeepers Lodge. The cottage was extremely comfortable, with great amenities. Philip greeted us on arrival and couldn’t have been more helpful. We loved exploring the surrounding area and the gardens were so peaceful. We’ll definitely be back!

Too bad there's no internet connection. There was no book with information about doctors or recommended activities. With the internet, it's all easy to look up. Not now.

I tried to come here in June 2020 but Covid cancelled flights. I checked for places for this trip and was able to find it again. The cottage is well equipped and is in the most peaceful place with a million dollar/euro view. I would definitely stay again. Mandy was great and gave very good instructions. She answered questions quickly and gave great recommendations. Thanks again Mandy!!!

This is a charming home! Loved the stone cottage and the roses that were in bloom, amazing! The place was so well stocked, thoughtful gift basket, amazing crockery and really everything one needed in the kitchen. The kitchen and bathrooms were super clean and modern. The house is filled with lovely books. The host was so responsive when we got a bit lost. The house felt like a home. Much loved. However the living room needs a bit of Do over. The sofas comfy as they were are a bit lofty and dated one couldn’t really see the TV and made the room feel really small. The water pressure in the showers was great. We really had a great time at Cathy’s place.

Location was out of this world. We were very lucky with the weather too. It was one to remember.

A beautiful location and cottage, the wood burner makes it suitable for all weather conditions, and William was kind enough to restock the wood when we ran out. He also offered recommendations for walks and hikes

Pat and Mary Angela are marvellous hosts. When we arrived the fires were lit, the table was set and there were gorgeous scones made by Mary Angela. They are both so friendly and gave lots of recommendations of places to visit. Their lovely cottage is perfectly situated for exploring Galway. It is definitely a home from home. My husband and I along with our 3 adult children and 2 Jack Russells had a great time there and we had everything we needed. We also loved Pat and Mary Angela's cafe and bookshop in Oughterard Village. Well worth a visit. Couldn't recommend this cottage highly enough!

This house is a gem in the An Spiedal area. The house is super private and in a great location, pretty right on the water with view of Water and Aran islands from the kitchen. I had coffee just staring at the sights every morning. You can walk around there property or take a short walk to the beach front. This is the perfect place for a quiet getaway. The town has just enough stores and restaurants to get by and if needed, Galway is maybe 25 mins away. The hosts communicated well and gave clear instructions, read them all, will be useful on your stay. Whatever you need will be in the instructions they provide. Overall a great place to stay and relax. This was the third Airbnb we stayed in Ireland and by far the best in terms of location and scenery. Do visit Galway and also drive to Kylemore Abbey when you are here, both will not disappoint.

Gwenn’s place is a peaceful retreat with beautiful views of the countryside and glimpses of the ocean. It has a lot of charm and ambiance and we felt like we were really living in the countryside! Reading in the sun room with the quiet fields beyond was a highlight. The house itself has welcoming, warm rooms and Gwenn is a gracious host. We were only sad we couldn’t stay longer. We would definitely stay again!

The sweetest, most special cottage in Doolin. Absolutely beautiful area, private and cozy atmosphere. Ciaran & Anna were great hosts!

Magical cottage in Doolin’s countryside. Easy 10 minute walk to town if wanted a bite to eat or drink. Super friendly hosts. This place is gorgeous and a must visit. Hope to come back again one day.

Absolutely stunning. Adult family of 6 of us stayed along with 2 babies under 1 and a big dog and we had the most incredible time. The cottage itself is idyllic - huge, beautifully decorated and the best socialising space. We had bad weather the whole week but even so the outdoor area was perfect. Photos don’t do it justice - wouldn’t recommend anywhere and we will certainly be back again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was cozy and quiet. The property is beautiful and there were lovely grounds and woods to explore. John provided us with a fascinating tour of historic Lisdonagh House. They also gave us helpful recommendations for sites to visit in the area.

Renae’s place is rural and very peaceful. The property had everything as described. A perfect little home for a short stay. Recommend.

We had a thoroughly relaxing stay at John and Regina's lovely, rustic cottage. The location is great, between Roundstone and Ballyconneely, perfectly located for touring Connemara, with good access to restaurants & shops by car. But actually there are gorgeous quiet beaches a short 10min walk from the cottage and also a lake with direct access from the property. John & Regina have kayaks and lifejackets, which is a huge benefit. You may not want to go much further! If you are a cook, you'll be pleased to hear that the small kitchen is kitted out for you. You won't need to pack your sharp knives and potato peeler! And it and all the dishes/cutlery etc. was spotlessly clean! John & Regina were very friendly to deal with!

we had a wonderful stay and our only regret is that is wasn't longer! We were looking for a real break and some well needed rest and relaxation and that's exactly what we got. Mary is a very responsive and lovely host. would love to go back.

Craig’s place is very charming, easy to get around and very good location, just as true as described. We had great time staying in his cute, hut-like house which I liked most. I will definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to come to Ireland .
