This home was so welcoming and relaxing. My husband and I will visit again the next time we are in the area.

Very cozy, quiet, and relaxing. Dr. Phil was an excellent host. He was there on arrival to make sure we were able to check in successfully. It is clear that he takes great care of this property and his guests. All hosts were friendly and communication was excellent. The small touches like a handwritten note with a gift of local coffee and a book are small displays of the fantastic hospitality shown. I definitely recommend booking a stay here. Despite booking during a historic flood, we still had a great time and plan to return. For those booking, the following items were provided: bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, extra blankets, extra pillows, coffee pot, and more.

Great find! It is not fancy and there is only one bed (the rest are very basic sleeping cots) but it had all the basics. It made for a great and unique overnight stay for my daughter and her friends. Amanda was easy to communicate with and flexible!

Where do we begin? I have stayed in may ABNBs, Vrbos, even Craig's list rooms, and our stay in Karla's Cottage was one of, if not the best, places we've stayed. First, it was clean. And I mean, REALLY clean. Keith thought of everything, from outside lighting and sitting areas, to easy access, to the most thoroughly-equipped kitchen that I can remember. The feel was very cozy, but well-appointed and supplied, from family-friendly games to child care items, the feel was...well....like home. Mini-splits (A/C) allowed custom temperature control between rooms and living areas to cater to individual guests, while Wifi facilitated both work and relaxation (okay...there was NO work happening during our short stay). Everything from linens and toiletries to trash bags and cleaning supplies (including W/D) was included. We were just minutes from the action in Branson, with none of the traffic and crowds. We highly recommend Karla's Cottage for your next Branson stay. We will definitely be back!
