The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

A sandy beach is filled with umbrellas and lounge chairs, offering shaded areas for relaxation. Sunbathers are seen enjoying the sun, while the tranquil sea glistens under a partly cloudy sky. Some distant hills can be observed along the shore.

Cozy apartment in the historic center

My apartment is in the historic center completely renovated, very close to an equipped beach and the most beautiful square in the city. 50m away, the course offers a wide selection of typical restaurants and places to spend after dinner. A few minutes from the train station and the supermarket. Theapartment is located in the ZTL, but there is free parking at 150 meters and we also offer the free possibility of a permit for access and parking in ztl for the time of the stay.

Perfect location. Spacious and modern apartment. Washing machine & dryer available. Great parking option. Silvio was a great and welcoming host, easy to communicate with and quick to reply. A few things to note : we have 3-year old that likes to run around and that made a downstairs neighbor to come up and complain about the noise at almost 10am. That was not nice. There is no lift. And no toiletries.

Organized the parking ticket for us and waited for our Arrival to lead us to the Apartment. Told us about the city and gave us pretty tips for lunch. Instructions was clear and all shown on the Apartment.

A small 1 room apartment, everything people need for a short to medium stay. The two of you get a little tight inside. If people are embarrassed to have to do laundry, a washing machine is available, but the clothes rack then takes up some space in the apartment, but there is also a small storage option under the loft bed. I don't know how it works with drying. Slightly dark due to the location in the half basement and in a narrow alley, but also tolerable by the temperatures. The location is great, great, great! The communication with Ingo is easy, timely and very friendly - cool dude. I highly recommend the place. Kind regards, Kosh

Le Lapole is truly wonderful! It is down a windy road from a small town, so it is very remote. The road is one car width and a bit freaky to do alone, but I had no issues. Bring food with you if you don’t plan to leave much; viola has a well stocked kitchen for cooking. There are many places to relax and the pool is perfection! Highly recommend, I hope to return!
