Villa Costa for 4 persons consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two children, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, another bedroom and another bathroom. NOTE: There are also 2 separate holiday apartments in the building, which have separate, completely independent entrances. The 2 holiday apartments do not use the pool and garden of Villa Costa and are rented separately.

Apartment Flego with private pool

New build apartment "Flego" with private swimming pool, big outside space and private parking for 2 cars is situated in Funtana close to the beach. The apartment is located between the beautiful city’s of Porec (10 min drive) and Vrsar (5 min drive). There are a lot of restaurants nearby and great activities for kids as Dinopark (300 m) and Aquacolours (4.3 km). Walking distance from the beach.

My place is close to family activities and the beach. You'll love my place for these reasons: the people, the atmosphere, the neighborhood, the light, and the outdoor spaces. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). We are always available to further enhance the beauty of Vrsar-Orsera and its surroundings.
