Small cottage 30 sqm directly by Vänern with entrance room, living room that has a sofa bed for 2 people, kitchen and a small room with washbasin/ sink and shower. Wooden terrace directly at the cabin and about 15 meters from the lake. We also have a smaller cabin with 2 bunk beds thus sleeps 4 and a separate small house with incinerating toilet cinderella. Blueberry forest around, blueberries can be picked in season. Canoe access. We have wifi. The balcony has outdoor furniture. 4 km to Åmål with shops and restaurants.

B&B in Lillstuga on a farm near forest and lake.

Lillstugan is set on a farm where there are cows,chickens,cats and dogs. The beds are made and there is breakfast in the fridge when you arrive. Lillstugan has 3 beds on the ground floor and 3 on the second floor. Kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric stove with oven and wood stove. TV room with sofa. Small patio with garden furniture and grill. Balcony with seating. There are roads and trails in the woods where you can walk or bike. It is 300 m to your own beach with a jetty.

On the outskirts of the small village of Fengersfors in the forests of northern Dalsland. Within a 500 meters radius you will find the nature reserve, the big clear swimming-lake and the old paper mill which now holds the arts and crafts community “Not Quite”. Here you also find our local bakery, café and the village shop. The area offers good hiking, biking and canoe opportunities, and the cottage is a perfect base for exploring. Bedding, towels and final cleaning is included in the price.

Great cabin where you live "on" the water. The cabin is located at Ystehede, by the Iddefjorden, about 10 km from the center of Halden. Here, guests have access to a floating jetty with a bathing ladder, as well as a beach consisting of stone and sand. Here there is outdoor furniture, a gas grill and opportunities to moor your own boat. Here there are many hiking trails in the forest and if you have your own boat you can fish or take the sea route to Halden and on to the Hvalerøyene.

Charming little red house in Fengersfors, Dalsland

My summer house here in Sweden is a charming little red "Stuga" in a quiet location in a little village called Fengersfors, about 170 km north of Gothenburg. The house has a large garden. The rooms are all decorated with furniture from the 40s to 70s. Dalsland's most beautiful lake and coolest cultural center are just a stone's throw away. It is a small paradise in the midst of fantastic forests and lakes and close to culture and service. The house has a canoe guests can use for free.
