Pleasant accommodation by the sea, very nice welcome from Caroline. The house is well-equipped, even with a baby there is everything you need. The location is ideal for the beach or even strolling to the center. Recommended!

We really enjoyed our time in Sete. The house was very clean and well equipped and the location was very peaceful. We chose not to hire a car and managed fine. The house is on a hill, which is great for the views and quiet, but quite steep to walk up. The air con was welcome. We particularly enjoyed using the outside space: terrace, pool, cabana. We could walk to the local shop/restaurant (15 mins) and the beaches with sun loungers for hire were a 20 min walk. Worth knowing the local shop delivers via Ubereats. We took a bus to central Sete and a train to Montpellier for a day trip. We visited Mt Saint Clair and the Forest of the White Stones too. Our group was 3 adults, 3 teenagers and a child. The house was spacious and welcoming. One thing to be aware of is the mezzanine bedroom is only accessible by a tight spiral staircase. Which was ok for us. A truly wonderful and relaxing week. We loved it! Thank you for our stay.

Very nice place where we stayed a we with friends. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Pierre welcomed us warmly and our exchanges were nice before and during the stay.

When one imagines securing a well appointed, safe, comfortable, accommodating and ideally located place to truly relax or explore the delights of the southern Occitanie region from, Marc & Isabelle’s offering should definitely be on their mind. From very effective host communication, solid directions :) & a flexible approach all the way through to supporting us getting settled in, finding places we need as part of getting comfortable etc, we felt supremely well taken care of. The property itself is very well appointed & looks exactly as depicted in the app; it’s an excellent AirBnB for those who want to relax in comfort & privacy with a superb array of mod-cons. Everyone in our group was very impressed. Thoughtful and clever touches abound across the entire modern property & we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone (family or a group of friends) - it’s a gem are likely going to return to! A perfect stay in a beautiful villa! We were a group of 10 and everything went very well. The house is spacious, clean, well-equipped and matches the listing. The environment is quiet and pleasant, ideal for relaxing. Chloé was very responsive and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend this villa with our eyes closed and will be back with pleasure! We will come back without hesitation!

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It’s a stunning place, very useable and well kitted out and brilliant in the sun.

We had a wonderful stay at the casa. The house and its exteriors are even more pleasant than in the photos, the details are very neat, it feels like home. The pool is fabulous! An outdoor shower is available, which is perfect for hygiene. We are a 5-minute drive from the beach, 5 minutes from the center of Vias, 15-20 minutes from Cap d'Agde (bikes are also available). Melanie was very responsive and available. You can feel through the decoration of the house and in the exchanges that the hosts are open and caring. A welcome booklet was waiting for us when we arrived with a lot of advice and special touches (candies, hair ties, drinks). We were a family of 6 and everyone was able to find their place and have their space, we recommend 100% the accommodation that appealed to young and old.

The house is supernice, the garden and pool is beautiful and Isabelle and her husband is a delight. The couple are very friendly and answers quickly any questions. It felt like meeting family 😊 We didn’t know that the downstairs of the house would be rented out to others until we got there. It is not very soundproof between the floors. Still it is quite private outside. We traveled two friends with our 6 kids and the house was spacious for all of us. Some felt the mattresses were too hard, but that is a matter of opinion. They even gave us two extra mattresses we could put on the floor to make room for 3 in two of the rooms. The pool area is very nice and was used extensively 😄 There where plenty of towels in the bathrooms to use in the house and by the pool. We were well taken care of. The small town is sweet and have some restaurants and a shop, but it’s good to have a car if you’re going somewhere else. Thank you both for a wonderful stay and we hope to see you again 🤩

Excellent villa , great hosts and good communication. Great way to celebrate family birthdays . The villa was just like the photos advertised . Extremely clean and well stocked . Only small disappointment not many local restaurants that are walkable to eat in the evenings .

For a residential setting it was peaceful day and night. The house was so well equipped for relaxing, reading, cooking, swimming, yoga - we slept so well and had a wonderful 10 days. In a great location to visit other cities from and so close to the beach - we had a car which is essential to get about to see everything from city centre to beach and night life.

Sarah is very warm and welcoming, with quick responses to any questions during our stay. The place is clean, neat, and well-maintained. You don’t even need to stay indoors—the garden is a lovely spot to relax and enjoy.

Clean villa in a peaceful setting! The 2 suites on the ground floor are spacious and comfortable, which is less qualitative in the bedroom and bathroom on the lower level. Note: with small children, please note that the pool protection curtain is not functional. Perfect stay! Sinan is an exceptional host, very welcoming and available. His tips on restaurants and local activities were invaluable. We felt right at home. We were pleasantly surprised by the charm of this house. Everything was thought out for our comfort, from kitchen amenities to soft towels. A real cocoon. Located in a quiet area, the accommodation is perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The proximity to shops and restaurants is a real plus. i highly recommend it

We had a pleasant stay with friends (6 adults) at Béatrice's. The house is well equipped and has several sunny and shaded outdoor areas. Great for a stay with friends and families. In addition, Béatrice was very available before our stay and caring about the smooth running of this one!

Nothing! That's what's missing from this listing! Angelique's welcome was perfect, she was available and very adaptable for us. The accommodation is impeccable and everything is there for a great time for families or groups of friends. The cold drinks on arrival were much appreciated. Everything was tastefully thought out and beautifully decorated. The exterior is beautiful, between the pool, the jacuzzi, the trampoline for children, everyone finds something for themselves. The environment is very quiet and you can go for short walks from the house. The best part was that our dogs were welcome.

Superb accommodation, the villa is spacious, comfortable, it feels good. Nothing is missing, it is very well equipped, well arranged and with beautiful decoration. It is possible to park in front of the house. The tram is close by. Communication with Ludovic was smooth! To be redone
