Samuele was really friendly, very polite and immediately ready for our requests. I had to leave the accommodation a few days earlier than expected due to the loss of my dear mother, and he without hesitation. He didn't even let me refund the days I didn't take advantage of it. So what can I say, a delight. As for the accommodation, nothing to say, everything is perfect, clean and tidy. I recommend the host Samuele I will never finish thanking him .

Mrs. Catia was really kind and helpful to us. His house and the fully fenced garden were in line with what we expected and respected the proposal offered on the site. Very well-kept interiors, comfortable, cozy and clean beds. Warm environment heated by a pellet stove. Equipped kitchen, utensils, comforts of all kinds available. If we really want to find a flaw, I could mention the extractor hood and its light that did not work and was not clean. But, I would recommend Catia's house for a wonderful vacation. Thanks again for your hospitality

Best check-in we've ever had. Even the breakfast items were already purchased. Thank you! Francesco already had all the timetables, bus schedules, etc. and explained everything. The property is very homely. Parking in the parking garage 4 euros per day. Ideal! Highly recommended. Optimal also for various excursions.

Great and ideal location. We chose Valentina's place because it allowed us to reach destinations such as Udine, Palmanova, a beautiful hexagonal city, Cividale, Redipuglia in 30 minutes, Gorizia and Gradisca in 10 minutes. In just over an hour you're in Trieste and Piran in Slovenia. The apartment is very clean, spacious and in a quiet place with a garden where my children played before leaving for our excursions. Great for a family. Nothing was missing and the abundant breakfast provided a really nice surprise. Valentina is nice and very helpful. Top!

I only stayed one night at the place, but it was very nice. Pontebba is a cute little town and the place invites you to linger. I would definitely come back :)

The accommodation is as shown in the photos, very clean and in a really great location for getting around downtown. Claudia has always been very kind and responsive, a perfect host! Highly recommended 😀

Thank you for the accommodation. The apartment corresponds to the photos. It is very spacious. Free street parking is possible in the vicinity - we always found a place. The center is a 10-minute walk away.

Great apartment right on the main street. I got they after dark so struggled to find out a bit. parking can be a bit challenging, but I found a spot fairly close to the apartment. Paola left a great selection of treats which was a great surprise. loved having a washer available!

Christian is an excellent host. His/Her explanations about the apartment were very clear. He/She was friendly and welcoming. The apartment was spotless. He/She had thought of everything you might need and made sure it was available in the apartment. Additionally, he/she offered nice treats like beer, soft drinks, milk, and croissants. The place was on the outskirts of Venice but the train station was a 10 min walk and very convenient to get into the town of Venice. Nice place and Fausto was very nice and helpful. Great place for a short trip to Venice.

Francesca is a courteous and discreet person. The apartment is quiet and the room is very clean. Francesca's partner is also a kind and discreet person, so the guest's welcome is generally pleasant! The shared bathroom is well maintained, tidy, and clean. Hearty breakfast with tea or coffee, juice, croissants, biscuits, jams, fruit, etc.

We had a wonderful week at Monica’s place! We could not have imagined it to be so lovely and relaxed - beautiful garden and very cozy house, felt very welcomed! Our dog Iva enjoyed it too! ❤️❤️ and we will miss breakfasts with home made delicious food and unforgettable atmosphere!

It was a very successful stay! Air conditioning, nice room, public kitchen with dining area and terrace. Everything is clean, cozy, decorated with attention to detail. Delicious breakfasts! :) There was also parking and the possibility of renting bikes. Giuliana is a wonderful host, open and helpful. We had everything we needed. I recommend it with all my heart! :)

Friendly, helpful hosts and a great place to stay! The terrace, where breakfast (regional and homemade, delicious products - every day a little something different) was served, has a fantastic view of the sea. The rooms are very nice, clean, modern and the beds very comfortable. By bus, you can quickly get to the center of Trieste without changing. The driveway is steep, but you get used to it.

Great communication, Franco and his wife were extremely helpful and friendly, always available. The accommodation was extremely clean, well furnished and everything was prepared for breakfast. We felt comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Apartment is perfect for a gateaway, the sauna and hot tub is a dream. Be aware that right by the apartments is a church, with a ringing bell, so its little bit noisy. We stayed one night and ir was enough to enjoy all extras. Also the breakfast was nice and tasty, also can be delivered in the room for extra cost. ❤️

Donata is the best host possible. Dictionary definition of a Superhost. The room is nice, clean and convinient for a couple for some nights. The garden and the house are exceptionally pretty and well-kept. Highly recomended.
