Beachfront vacation rentals in Friuli-Venezia Giulia

The communication was great, the apartment is easy to find, you just have to know the "passage" between Viale Dante Alighieri and the beach, then you will find it immediately. The place is very nice, was more than enough for 4 people and also the two large balconies were great for shared breakfasts. Unfortunately, the parking space that you can add to the accommodation was already occupied when we asked, and parking on Grado is rather difficult but we were able to arrange it differently. The apartment is otherwise super equipped (everything for cooking, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. abundantly available), we also had towels and bedding (so we didn't have to bring anything) - a coffee machine would still be missing! All in all, we felt very comfortable, the apartment is very clean, large and in the center of Grado, yet quiet. We can recommend!

The stay was great. Bicycles for a family are there. Close to the beach. Clean. Great location. Everything easily accessible. Supermarket nearby and the shopping mile. Nevertheless, very quiet location and quiet at night. Ferdinand and Alma helped us very well and were immediately there because we unfortunately broke the gate key. We exchanged everything right away. Great. If we are back in Lignano Sabbiadoro we would come back. 😊

Andrea is great host. Fast reply and solve all our needs. Apartment is nice and fully equipped. Close to the beach. There is a lot of city events in the evenings to enjoy local atmosphere. Supermarkets available if you prefer to eat own meal and restaurant or pizza slices take away at each corner (highly recommended) 🙂👍

Great location, clean, cozy apartment with a nice and functional balcony, enough space to accommodate things and relax in general. The sea is 5 minutes away, all within walking distance. The hosts of the apartment are very kind and friendly, helped to resolve a couple of questions, in a matter of minutes. I liked everything so much that we would like to go back there again, but already in the warmer time, for the beach season. Thank you! ☺️

We were traveling on Airbnb for the first time. When we arrived in Marina Julia and contacted Valeria, we were immediately welcomed. Since something had to be repaired in our rented apartment, we first got a replacement apartment in the same house, which was very nice. Moving was not a problem and was fully reimbursed to us. The next day we were able to move. Our apartment was very nicely equipped, clean and had a great view of the sea. We of course liked the proximity to the beach very much. We had beautiful days and felt very comfortable. Thank you!

The accommodation met our expectations, it has everything we need for a pleasant stay. Everything was impeccably clean, beautiful view from the side of the sea, and from the roof where the pool is located on the part of Caorle and the sea. We have been in the accommodation for the 3rd consecutive year and are still enthusiastic... location, amenities, cleanliness and communication leaves nothing to be desired.

Alessandro is a very nice, very friendly host. He wrote immediately, the apartment was also very easy to find. The apartment itself was great! Just like in the photos, very comfortable beds, the kitchen also very well equipped. The bathrooms were also very clean, large and with everything you need. There were mosquito nets everywhere on the windows, which we really appreciated. The apartment was very clean and our car also had a nice covered parking space. The view and the location to the beach are unbeatable. We will definitely be back, thank you again for everything!

My husband and I had a very pleasant weekend in Caorle in Gianluca's apartment. Apartment with impeccable cleanliness, equipped with every comfort and well-stocked. Located in a quiet area but close to all amenities... the beach service included in the offer is also great, which is not so obvious to have!

Great accommodation in close proximity to the beach - simply perfect location. It is very quiet and everything you need is nearby. Beach, restaurants, shops. Everything very clean - the apartment as well as the rest of the house and the pool. Very good and uncomplicated communication. We felt very comfortable!

Very nice apartment in a well-kept complex with great location to the beach. Very clean and looks like the pictures. Quick communication and help with issues. Looking forward to the next visit there.

Accommodation structured to be fantastic. Three bedrooms: 1 double (slatted with a new mattress that is a little hard!) and 2 with two single beds each (spring beds). Kitchen, large living room, bathroom maybe a little small if there are 6 of you but we can take turns, perfect for three of us. To complete everything, a fabulous terrace!!! with a view, beach view that is used for lunch, dinner, aperitifs, sunbathing. Wow. Service notes. The key safe is behind the entrance door/gate that is always open, so close it and look behind you. In front of the property, there is a yellow line parking lot for temporary parking for comfortable loading and unloading. The property has its own reserved parking. The Custodian is always available. A negative note is the "monopoly" of seats and umbrellas, occupied by the permanent residents, from morning to night, but that's the way it is, it's not Monica's fault. Paid: TV and Wi-Fi.

It was in every way the most beautiful vacation I have ever spent with my family. The apartment was comfortable, very clean and met all needs, in addition to a wonderful view. You feel different and wonderful at the wonderful market in the city center of Karauli. Perfect location on the 8th floor with a balcony on the sea side. The view is fabulous. The elevator works very well. Many restaurants nearby, including a small grocery store. The public beach is very pleasant. Private parking is right next to the house. The owner Marco is very friendly and helpful. Great.

The appartment is comfortable, clean and quite close to the seaside. Also the kitchen was also quite well equipped and since a lot of restaurants are nearby, we always had good food. Recommended by us (:

Nice apartment with sunny balcony for breakfast. Unfortunately, we had rainy weather more often - the well-functioning heating was very pleasant. Well located - close to the beach, spa, spar and weekly market (Saturday)... Short walk across the beach promenade into the old town. Marco is a very nice host who always responded quickly and kindly. Thanks, we felt very comfortable :))

Great place to stay, brilliant location and 2 mins to the beach. Slightly noisy in early morning due to rubbish collections but the place was just as described and perfect for a getaway!

You step out the door and are in the middle of the life of the old town with all its restaurants and cafes. For us and our short vacation (3 nights), the apartment was absolutely perfect. The beach can be reached in 10 minutes and 2 loungers with parasols were even reserved for us free of charge. The apartment is newly renovated and can accommodate 2 people. Even with 4 people, it is probably comfortable to live there. The apartment consists of a large living room overlooking Piazza Pio X, a large spacious bedroom with a comfortable bed, a small nice kitchen and a very nice bathroom with a walk-in shower. Signora Giuliana is a very nice, humorous and young person. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

We stayed at the Airbnb for a week and it fit well for three people. However, there is a very narrow spiral staircase between the kitchen and the bedroom/bathroom, where we as young and slim people sometimes struggled. So you should definitely keep that in mind when booking. The location could not be better in the old town of Grado and communication with the landlords worked very well! The kitchen is very well equipped, but there are no towels and no bed linen, you have to bring it yourself. In summary, we liked it very much on Airbnb and we will be happy to come back! :-)

Really a very nice apartment. A lot was provided such as parasols, towels, bed linen, etc. In addition, the location was perfect for quick spontaneous beach walks and city trips. So, in conclusion, a very successful vacation thanks to the incredibly friendly host and the wonderful location :)
