An architect project built in 2021 with recycled building materials in our wildflower garden. The cottage is fully equipped. Sofa bed and sleeping loft with ladder (no railing!) Washing machine, electric car charger and bicycles can be borrowed for free in the house next door, where we live. Sea view towards Båtafjorden/Bua in the south and in the west, a radiant view towards the Ringhals nuclear power plant. 50 meters to the bus stop, 100 meters to the outdoor gym and running path, 1 km to swimming. Let us know if you want to bring your own sheets for a SEK 200 discount. Cleaning is not included.

The accommodation is about 1 km from a beautiful bike/walking path along the sea to Stråvalla beach/swimming area (about 3 km) with a kiosk (summer time), playground, parking and a large separate animal beach. The accommodation has a fridge, microwave, kettle, cups, porcelain, etc. (dishes are left to the host and exchanged for clean ones). Baby crib (up to 3 years) and high chair can be arranged on request.

Accommodation 75m² with three bedrooms plus conservatory of about 20 m² for rainy days. Large garden with possibility for outdoor activities. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedroom 1 with double bed 160 cm. Bedroom 2 with single bed 105 cm and sofa bed 120 cm. Bedroom 3 with single bed 90 cm and sofa bed 120 cm. Several sandy beaches within a 10-minute walk. Sjögärde golf course can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. To Stettenreds 4H farm it is 15 min by car. It takes about 35 minutes to Liseberg and to Ullared 45 minutes.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Warm welcome to this peaceful home that is beautifully located overlooking open landscapes and with the forest right outside the door. To the sea you take in about 10 minutes by car, to Gothenburg about 40 and to Ullared about 45 minutes. The nearest grocery store is located 10 minutes away by car. Beautiful Sjögärde golf club is only 2.5km away. It has several bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, patio, barbecue and bathroom with washing machine.

A fantastic nice and well planned cottage of 60 sqm and with three bedroom. Very child-friendly with two children's rooms, big plot, playhouse and swings. Located in a beautiful setting with open views. Close to both forest and beach. Small kitchen with all that might be needed. Air heat pump for the winter and AC in the summer. Two large terraces with possibility of barbecue. Bathroom with a shower and a WC. Laundry facilities are available!
