Our home is a former business property and had quite a bit of space left. Where previously the shop/office areas with customer toilet were, we realized a bedroom, living room with kitchenette (with coffee and tea facilities/fridge) and toilet/shower in autumn 2019. The shopping entrance is now a private entrance for our guest house. Ordering breakfast is possible, but this is not included in the base price as standard.

Top locatie! Prettige studio op begane grond van grachtenpand in hartje Leeuwarden. Een geriefelijk onderkomen met eigen ingang, tweepersoonsbed, eigen douche/toilet en mooi uitzicht.
