Furthermore, you have access to a large sitting kitchen with oven, Nespresso coffee maker and dishwasher. In the spacious sitting room, in addition to the bedstee, you also have a nice sitting/sofa bed with smart TV. The spacious bathroom includes a lovely bathtub and separate shower. The separate bedroom has a nice box spring for a great rest.

The biodiversity here is great. A short distance from Groningen, Leeuwarden, Dokkum and the Ydillian Wadden Islands. The surroundings are very suitable for hiking, biking, canoe.

U slaapt op de begane grond (2 sk + eigen badk.+eigen keuken+ eigen grote woonkamer (50 m2) met hoge plafonts en openhaard. eigen ingang. 3e slaapkamer is boven via het voorhuis. Buiten aan het water je eigen terras. Ook geschikt voor groeps werk met een grote werk tafel. Vintage dus mooi, oud en gezellig. Maar niet spotless.

"De Mooie Liefde" Tiny house in Friesland.

Our "Mooie Liefde" used to be the horse stable belonging to the centuries-old farm in which we live. In 2020, we transformed it together with a lot of love and passion into a tiny house with an old lived-in look. The green staircase leads upstairs to the beautiful loft with a 180x200 bed, with a double mattress and a double sheep wool duvet. Under the loft, you will find the beautiful bathroom and kitchen. Peace, space, privacy and rural views

This B&B is free of our own home and therefore has a lot of privacy. Tirns is an old terp village (anno 1200 ) in the middle of the meadow landscape 5 kilometers from Sneek. And is part of a number of bike and canoe routes. The Franekervaart is a calm and small fishing and boating water where it's fine fishing. You can also come by boat or canoe and dock it with us. You can also rent a canoe or sup with us at 25€ 25 a day.

Staying at the height of all comforts.

A roof terrace where children can play under the supervision of a parent, and you can sit in private until late in the evening. Even without children, you can sit quietly here and enjoy the view. When we go horseback riding, you are our audience, but this is not 24/7. Petting ponies and the big horses are nearby, this makes our apartment unique. Our dogs are on guard, so they can sometimes be heard 😉
